Tristana Played at higher elo because somehow maxing W before the nerfs meant >60% win rate and no one noticed. Ezreal Live in the AoE ult waveclear meta where laning phase shouldn't even exist. One side pushes the lane to the other side's tower and B's. Decent midgames. Can work with leona or taric to burst one champion down and win fights in lane. Graves, Corki Situational. If you don't get jumped on you offer something unique as an AD carry. Draven, Miss Fortune, Kog'maw, Twitch, Ashe I think these two are still strong at my elo. Vayne, Sivir Trash tier Caitlyn, Varus | ||

Also anytime there's a teamfight in a lane that isn't yours and your team looks like they can hold their own, QW the wave then pop ult and there goes another tower for the enemy team. Varus has a very good ult for teamfight, nice poke, and he's better than Ashe at punishing people in lane since he's got better burst and poke while having the same range. Sure his steroid is rather bad (unless your team can blow up somebody instantly to boot, be it the support) but he's no worse than Ashe and escapes stuff better than MF (her slow's animation is longer and he's got his ult while if her passive is popped she's got nothing). He's not dominant or anything I believe though. Draven is huge, but Aphromoo tier. Twitch is huge too according to MoonBear, and I'll trust him on that. | ||
