I really like syndra i play her very similar to veigar. I think her kit is actually very good, but the only thing i wish was a little higher was similar ms to veigar. DFG + Athene will give you all the Mana you need plus enough CD to chain skills. Still working with the build since unlike veigar if i go DFG + Cap she has mana issues.
