I don't really understand this phenomenon really. I mean, people always want to be super serious and have everyone try-harding and playing their best champions and winning and all that. So where do you even practise new champions or roles or your mechanics? Bot games? Heck, people even take those super srs. I've had people complaining about team comps in those haha.

Afaik, the skin codes are in the goodie bags so it's one per person. But if you see some Rioters, you can always try begging. Say you're from Teamliquid maybe and that you want to share the goodness?

They gave a guy something like 50 Rammus/Graves skins to do on Reddit.
