My complaint stems from the fact that many people consider it a problem that there are all these AP-CDR items that are often not built. The culprit is somewhere between blue buff and the fact that many AP champions don't need/want to itemize CDR. Some want ONE cdr item to cap with blue buff. If your name isn't Ryze, you aren't gonna bother capping without blue buff (Ryze gets FH which HAPPENS to cap him because of his Q passive effect. Which I also think is dumb for the same reason. CDR shouldn't be a passive :/ )

The Queen Ashe art is new, so it will go through no matter what. The Ezreals are all Chinese arts, so there is a change that they get reverted. Personally though, I think the Chinese Ezreal splashes are pretty cool looking.

Eh I am not a huge fan of this whole transition to the chinese artwork, I honestly never cared for the majority of them. The best part of the Chinese client's art assets where the nifty summoner icons in my opinion. I'd rather updated artwork ideally.

Lulu is my favorite character, but I only pick her to support an Ezreal at the moment. His escape makes the pairing work, IM(extremely new player)O. Every other matchup I fail at and feel bad.
