thats a buff spell though. if you apply a shield/heal/buff to someone can they get a kill you get an assist.

Riven does OK vs him if you know what you're doing. You both have no resources, except he uses his health. Shield harass and get a lead before he gets Revolver/WotA and you're ok.

About Auras, do active auras give it? Locket and Shurelya's are actives that you need to be close enough to give, makes sense that they should give assists.

Yes, taric's ult does grant an assist even if it doesn't do damage
likewise, janna's shield will grant an assist if it blocks damage delivered by the dying target before it dies (i.e. your ashe is killing caitlyn, janna shields ashe while ashe's ignite ticks down on caitlyn, ashe does no more physical damage to caitlyn, caitlyn shoots ashe before she dies, the damage is blocked by janna's shield, janna gets assist)

I think you get assists if you do any damage, hit the target with any ability, or cast any ability on someone who does damage.

Edit: assuming the target dies and you do this within the time allowed to get credit, of course.

Ramoose is just underplayed atm. He's still decent in normals.

Rammus was fine after his first nerf. Then they nerfed him twice more. He's bad just like skarner is now. If you want tanky initiate that can dive and catch people you might as well play cow.

It's hard to find a champion that's underplayed but good, but it's easy to find a good champion who got nerfed to oblivion.

It's because I've hyped the shit out of Stanley0506 as a top lane player, and his approach to Vlad and Kennen as summarized by Toyz in an interview is "pick Vlad against Kennen, pick Kennen against Vlad".

As vlad I hate vsing wukong mainly and then a good lee. I hardly ever have problems with ken.

Works with Anivia wall too but only if you actually hit the target with it (if it gets in their way, it doesn't count)

It's as Neo said, the matchup is heavily skill dependent for both sides, and not really lopsided either way. The outcome falls primarily on the skill and experience of the two players rather than on the advantages of one champ over the other.

The comment I highlighted essentially serves to express Stanley's confidence in winning a "fair" matchup against anyone.

Any other Aussies out there totally unable to access Own3d at the moment? Twitch is at its usual crappy Aussie self but Own3d is straight up refusing to load. Been like that the last couple of days and I didn't care until Xpecial and OddOne appeared on State of the Game.
