They weren't farming. There was a gigantic wave pushing top that oddone didn't even go to farm until it got to tower and they risked losing 15 creeps to tower from a DC. They knew that Sleper was missing that time, there was a "summoner has disconnected" announcement.

If it is an enemy, you only get that disconnect message 5 minutes after the fact. The reconnect message you get instantly, though.

There's a delay. You only find out about DCs 5(?) minutes after they happen.

Yep, changed a few patches ago.
Also I think AL got waaaay to greedy going for that maokai who was near inhib just because morg hit a binding. They had the advantage with baron and TSMs janna down so quickly, just push the tower and possibly get inhib. I won't say throw but it was definitely a bad decision to go balls deep in that situation.

No, you are making stuff up. You don't see an enemy disconnect message until 5min after it happened to prevent teams from taking immediate advantage. So I can't see anything BM from AL in this case. Also, in game one they stopped attacking xpecial when he stood still and missed out on a free kill because they thought he had disconnected. So I wouldn't call them bad mannered at all.
