@equilash are you looking for a hard lane(top for radiant, bot for dire) solo(you vs. 1-3 heroes)? or strong dual lane combination? I would say Bounty Hunter, Clinkz, Weaver, Dark Seer, Clockwork and maybe Windrunner if you botgame her shackle for testing if you wanna solo. Good dual laners would include Juggernaut, Viper, Kunkka, Silencer or any that TheYango suggested in his tips except Lesh who I think is too squishy and skill based to use effectively for someone who is just starting.

Just started playing LoL lvl9 so not playing rankers yet, lulz. Don't know how much more I'm gonna play... I just like the concept of the ELO, divisions and tiers so much better. Probably get to lvl 30 place in bronze 5 and go back to playing dota as my main game.

Reviving this thread because I figured that at least some TL LoLers will want to organize something over Teamspeak or something to watch TI3.

In theory I will also hijack and reorganize r.Evo's OP at some point when I have time.

Razor was banned 2/3 games and also was mentioned as a possible pick a lot by Tobi, is this a Rattlesnake/Quantic thing? or is Razor a hero that might have a break out similar to Morph last year?

He's seen a decent amount of play in the tourney's running up to TI3, dunno if he'll have a huge ubiquitous breakout like Morph did, but he should be around a bit ya.

It won't be like Morph--the hero's kit isn't well rounded enough, but I expect to see quite a few 2nd/3rd phase Razor bans given his situational usefulness.

Morphling is a decent carry, certain teams will pick him more than others because their carry is a very good morphling. He's not alchemist/gyro/naix level tho

I'm no expert,but I like to watch the solo mid roam to apply pressure and how teams get their melee hard carry fed.

30 min of PL illusion pushing zzz, and then the casters all call it a great game at the end. I mean the ending was super close, but it can't save that 35-60 min timeperiod.

well played game, not saying anything like playing pl is cheap, just saying it was super boring to spectate.

Realistically, LGD played too passive, though Alliance didn't really leave any openings and they couldn't win a straight-up teamfight until the Alchemist got AC.

Alliance didn't blindly split-push, they took the teamfights they knew they could win. They were just correctly careful about recognizing LGD's strong timings and not over-committing to fights they wouldn't win (e.g. pretty much dodging teamfights at Alch's major item timings).
