I just hit 1800 and got last pick with saintvicious, rainman, and doublelift on my team. I had to support doublelift when I never support, I was janna he was corki (think it was like my 4th game ever supporting). Saint was playing shyvanna back when nobody played shyvanna but him, and he dominated with an early oracles. I was kinda nervous at the beginning but we won pretty easily. Also rainman was on trynd and he fed in the beginning so all the raging when towards him. He got pretty mad at the other team cuz they were constantly saying things like "isn't rainman a pro?" "aren't you supposed to be good?" etc lol. My friends were watching doublelift's stream and msging me what he was saying about my shitty janna play lol. So I got to kinda adapt to what he wanted me to do. Nowadays my elo is between 1900 and 2k and I hit pros all the time. Pretty cool when it happens tho. | ||

I know that I would have missed quite a lot of those small tourneys if it wasn't for the discussions about them in the GD thread. | ||
