Will add the rest later to the list as I'm about to leave for dinner but, gtrsrs that's EXACTLY what I was thinking though. ELO doesn't really matter but we'd of course prefer higher elo simply because that *generally* means you're better but not always the case.
The reason for the practice together aka tryouts was to see who had good chemistry together and to find out each individuals game knowledge/skill in the game. If someone just doesn't mesh well with the others that would be a sign of they would not be good for the team. That was my reasoning behind tryouts and practicing together.
I still want to keep it down to ~12 people as "official" members so we can have 2 teams scrim vs one another within the TL team. Anymore feels a bit too much. :s
But scrimming against other TL members is always fine cause it is the TL team after all. 
I'm going to make a private forum or something for the team this week. Anyone have any proposals for a free forum? lol Otherwise I'll probably use something like invisionfree cause I used to use that a longgggg time ago and I know it's free. ._.
edit: Oh yeah, this team is basically supersrs tryhard mode looking to eventually do competitive play once we get some good teamwork going.

I would certainly be down to practice if you need some people, but I don't think i have enough time to commit to a dedicated team with work and all. I can play pretty much any role but I usually jungle.

Paladin I can't help noticing that you added me as top/ mid only when I can still play a solid panth/ garen/ fuckyoucrank bot lane as well. Seriously I can do anything but jungle really.

rk kinda vanished, i dunno where he is, also he never really played with us often enough to really be considered a member of the core team.

Would you guys be interested in scrimming sometime this week? I'm playing with some friends from another forum and I'd like to see where we stand and what we can improve upon before the new season starts.

Well once we're all set on who actually is in the main team, then sure. We've been playing a bit with people who signed up but in the end Tap and I need to discuss who will be the main 12 on the team. zzz

I wonder if it would be a conflict of interests to play with you guys as well ^_^
I normally play AD Carries (Caitlyn, ashe, MF) or Jungle (Gangplank/Udyr). I can also support as janna or soraka, but I prefer to be more active.
