These days I get repeat offenders more than fresh ones (and yet they somehow don't get banned, ZZZZ). | ||

Furthermore, streamers have done account sharing just to stream some ELO hell before. I can see how riot might want to stop rating sharing but unless they do so by tracking people's IP they can't really have proof. | ||

I know Sandy Richard is. Also, about MK.. Played only one game, but it was so fun. Really fun, maybe more than average considering I've never played Shaco before (only once I think in an aram, though). I think the damage on his Q could be buffed to scale with AD. Overall, despite having no clue how to build him (Wriggles -> TF -> Wits -> Building a LW before won) I found him really fun to play. His base defenses are pretty high, and his passive gives him some tankiness as well. Seems like most people are finding him to be underpowered, so I hope Riot buffs him :3 | ||

Richard Tracy used to be Dick, but Riot changed the name after they saw the account on the top 20 (aka front page of the site). You know it's jiji's because it goes with his phallic naming style. Sandy Richard is also his smurf, I'm pretty sure it was a renamed account. I don't know what the original account name was. The only jiji smurf that was ever used by someone else was Wobbleflout. jiji gave that account to a RL friend who wanted to try LoL. Otter in the Water is CleverAdvisor's smurf. He grinded from levels 1-30 with Chauster, who was using Wise Quoter. King Rafiki is himself. afaik, no one from CLG smurfs on that account. Less bs please. It's fine to speculate a question but try not to make wrong assertions. | ||

It gives +150 extra damage plus the armor reduction at lvl 5. That's pretty freaking huge. Not to mention it works against towers lol. If anything needs to be buffed in terms of scaling, I'd say his E should scale with at least all of MK's bonus AD. His W is fine the way it is, but a buff to 2 sec would be pretty neat too. But honestly, the only real change I would like to see to MK is a buff for his passive. Up it from 4/6/8 to something like 6/8/10. This way, MK can build less survivability and build more damage shit without being overly squishy. | ||

Really? I could've sworn you were using Richard Tracy playing Ryze back when I started watching LoL streams. I also remember seeing someone using that account for a tournament (I think an EU player?). | ||

Unless I misunderstood and they didn't ban regi's account this is pretty retarded as the only accounts that should be banned are the ones that are being shared.
