It doesn't afaik. It only deals more damage to minions. If it dealt more damage to jungle creeps it would say "minions and monsters" like the defensive mastery does.

I'm 99% sure it does. Ezpz used to get 1 point in that in the 9/0/21 spec to reduce the number of attacks needed to kill small wraiths iirc.

tbh, I thought monsters/minions = same thing. Effect-wise I mean but people say otherwise as well, so I ended up reading tooltips literally.

No, minions are neutral minions as well. For instance, evelynn's tooltip says "only works on non-neutral minions"

Riot generally isn't very consistent with their tooltips. They consider neutral creeps "monsters" in many cases but, like you just said, they also sometimes call them "neutral minions" like in the case of eve's passive. Sometimes I've seen them call them neutral creeps too. If tap or ezpz say it works on neutrals though I believe them. Tap tests out like everything ingame lol, and ezpz is pretty knowledgeable about the game.

The +2 damage to minions 100% works on jungle creeps. I take 1 point of it on Trundle so I can 3-hit the small wraiths without Q, saves me a lot of HP and some time on my first clear. They have like 2 HP left if I don't take it.

So wala tells me to just solo queue cuz he doesnt want to duo after he lost 3 in a row. I get corki first pick get legendary 9-2-9 with almost 300 CS and we lost because we had a mordekaiser who has double warmogs and thinks atma's impaler is a bad item. A jarvan who wont stop yelling at the team to group up then running into the enemy team 1v5 and people who dont understand the concept of a teamfight.

Moral of the story? It's wala's fault for making me solo queue
