Shen's one of those champs where I find it really hard to feed with if I get good cs in lane. He won't necessarily win the game just because he has a positive k/d score but overall as long as you get enough cs in lane to be tanky you can coast, or maybe your team will just win because the other team will overcommit to kill you, a tank with good escape.

Why don't people get Rylais on Ryze? Some tankiness and a slow on a 2 sec CD. I get it after tear, bveil and frozen heart.

Jiji gets Rylais as his 5th or 6th item on Ryze. Generally he doesn't get it till late though, because in situations where the opponents don't have enough MR for Void Staff to be relevant yet, it's usually because he/his team was doing well enough early than he could slot RoA into his build.

So while smurfing i found out one "bug". If you (your summoner) get lvlup and you'd get 2 lvls from it you only gain 1 level 
I had lvl 2 summoner, needed like 10 xp for lvlup, got 123 xp and now i'm lvl 3 with 0/105 xp
