http://www.anchorfree.com/ It basically encrypts your nw traffic so routers just pass it on (less inspection causing delay) and routes it to their server and then to target location. I've found it greatly improves routing to EU servers. Not sure about US. | ||

This is what you need to do to beat Sivir. Everyone lets her farm all game and then complains when she carries super hard. Just abuse her in lane, send people from bot mid every once in a while and punch her in the face a couple times. | ||
