I run mp5 glyphs on Amumu--you need the mana regen after you start passing off blue buff to someone else, but you need armor in your seal slots for jungle safety. I also seem to recall that jiji and Grandjudge use mp5pl blues on Sivir. TBH I think they're "ok" on a lot of champs--not optimal on all of them, but not bad either--and since they're so cheap, you can't really go wrong having a set of them. | ||

15/0/15 Doran's Blade sheen cdr boots at this point if I'm looking to snowball out the game i buy brutalizer otherwise i go straight for triforce, into last whisper into banshee's. The reason I like triforce is that you do damage that feels comparable to bf based builds and you have so much more kiting potential. BF builds are just glass cannons, I really don't like them I don't run mana regen runes or manamune ever, sheen + meditation is enough... you just don't need them.. I don't run them on sivir either and have zero problems. They don't really kick in until the early-midgame and that's exactly when most characters stop having mana issues. I don't understand why the logic behind picking up a damage item before sheen, that is the exact opposite of what you should do. Sheen declines in value over the course of the game, it's at it's peak value when you buy it as soon as you can. | ||

Tbh, i feel like flat mp5 blues are better than scaling, simply due to the time-frame where they are useful (1-10ish, probably earlier even, afterwards, who gives a shit) alternatively, you can run mp5 blues on someone who you want to spec something other than mp5 yellows on, like armor or possibly dodge yellows. | ||
