EPTIf you are Zilean and you gunna die in a team fight, put your dam ulti on your carry before you die. Yes you could save yourself, but thats a waste of a ulti. Would you rather have yourself do very low damege with bombs, or your carry wreck people becasue nobody wants to focus her for 12 seconds

I can see it being *useful* on Taric. I can't see what I'd swap out for it. CV is just too damn good, and having no escape summoner is kind of bad news on a champ that has no inherent escapes (ruling out Clarity+CV). Might take it if your team has another CV holder, but even then it's competing with Exhaust/Ignite/Teleport, which might be more useful against the comp you're against. | ||

Clarity is (was?) a really good gamble when solo/duo queueing or if you felt a strong enough earlygame in bottom would let your team snowball to victory. It's good on Taric because he's the only one of the support champions that can drop 1500 mana in a teamfight and have something useful to do with the 500 Clarity gives. It also lets you run other runes to pressure an earlygame advantage even harder if you want to. | ||

(because not only does that not make any sense, but i don't know how you'd get to be a mod/admin of a website if you're not interested in growing your userbase), OR if i should lol at the fact that the mods/admins DON'T want to expand the site because that's just trite and ezpz and i don't have personal issues he just doesn't like me \o/ | ||
