It's got similar delay, AoE, and damage to Cho's Rupture, while having 10 times the cooldown--and it's pretty questionable whether 1.5 second 80% slow with stun in the center is better CC than 1 sec knockup + 3 sec 60% slow on everyone in the AoE. It's got somewhat longer range, but that's pretty much it. I think Leona's kit overall is fine, but her ult just doesn't really feel that impactful. | ||

Laning-wise it's pretty similar to how Taric would play in a duo lane. In a solo lane she loses to some strong harassers and 1v1'ers but she seems pretty solid champ imo. | ||
