I think its more exciting to have a Warcraft movie since Warcraft is more movie material than Starcraft, but I still want a Starcraft movie :D! | ||

It definitely wont be the next mario movie, or TMNT movie, but I also hope that it wont be childish LOTR with LOTR-like crappy battle scenes. I seriously have no idea how could anyone older than 14 like LOTR movies, they are as bad as Harry Potter movies. No damn plot. (ok blame tolkien and rowling)  iablo 2 had great in-game cinematics, but to be honest, most of the speeches by the NPCs were boring, did anyone ever read them? | ||

Changing some original stuff found in the books and omitting huge chunks of it while putting in a lot of crap instead (absolutely boring and unnecessary Arwen/Aragorn love drama). There's quite a lot of things you can bash this movie for. | ||

There's quite a lot of things you can bash this movie for. It's funny because I personally found LOTR to be the rare case where the books were quite boring, while the movies were great. I don't understand all the WoW hate here :-\ Warcraft is a great universe, Raimi is a decent director, and Blizzard has enough money to get some cool actors, and the CGI video sequences in Warcraft/WoW were absolutely brilliant. I don't get why some people hope for this to fail. I also don't get why people think that WoW movie = financial success. There are what, 10 million active WoW players? You need a lot more than 10 million people to watch the movie to make it a success. | ||
