We have good beer! My county (Hargita) is nr 1 on the world in mineral-water fountains, so we got good water and that contributes to good beer. And it's quite cheap! A good local beer costs sg like 1$ in a bar (i live in a small town ) Nobody gives a shit if you are 18 or not you can buy alcohol or cigars (dont get me wrong i'm 18 and i dont smoke, but i found really stupid that rule about 16-17 year old ppl cannot buy these stuff) Mountains, rivers (+a delta), coast and stuff liek this, so quite diverse relief. Here are the most beutiful girls. Dislike I have to learn romanian and take exams from it... Now that should sound natural, but the fact is that i'm part of the hungarian minority (since Transilvania once belonged to Hungary, so now many hungarian ppl live in Romania). Ofc you have to know the language of your country but taking exactly the same exams as the romanian romanians do (god, i hate english for this, how do you say this to sound better?), even though we learn it as a foreign language. That's a disadvantage beacause these exams count a lot even if you want to go for a hungarian university here in Romania (yeap, we have university). For high-school graduation we have 8 exams. 2 from hungarian and 2 from romanian (oral+written) and 4 more (one of them is history/geography in romaninan). Now not-hungarian romanians have less, only 6, from witch 2 is romanian their native language so they dont have to prepare that much for that. Most of my classmates speak english better than romanian, so you can imagine how hard is for some of them to take the exams. Everythin is quite slow. Litereally everything. From bureaucracy to disposal service, everything is really slow Corruption, i'm not really bodered directly by this, it's just sad to know that exists and the country is marked by it. We bought like 10 pcs of the same character for around 2 USD, and when we were selling them, some people would buy a piece for 5USD, hahaha. - We're pretty hospitable here I suppose. The only reason our tourism is low because of the terrorists. - Free wi-fi in my school. Dislikes: - Crime rates are high at some parts of our country. - Government is so fucking corrupt, it's like we're on 5 bases and we feel that we're mining off 2 bases. - Traffic sucks. - There are some gangsters in the streets that fail to deliver even in just their looks. - Uhh, I don't know if this is a bad thing for me but the employers/companies usually look at the school were we come from, it's a big factor, and I'm from the top university in our country (if any Filipino get's this wrong, read the news, clue: UP isn't the top school in our country) - Wow I didn't know we had crystal meth in here, hahaha. I thought the bastards were ok with marijuana and shabu. - Brain drain, doctors here go to other countries to be nurses wtf. - Beggars everywhere, it's painful already. Edit: Likes: - When the government fucks with us, we fuck back by macroing rallies everywhere. Its like 1sz2sz3sz4ssz5sz6sz7sz8sz9sz0sz, do that for about 100000 times and we get that much people in less that a week, shouting and holding out whatever they have for the good of the country. - College basketball games are good here, intense. - People from other countries visit ours to see people get crucified during Holy Week. Seriously like there are guys who do this annually and actually live.... - Festivals here fascinate foreigners a lot. Dislikes: - We wake up earlier than the Western dudes, and work longer than the Western guys, but the problem is that most of the companies here are not our own so the work done doesn't go to our country, but to people not from our country. Jeez even if the money went to Philippine Companies, it would most likely fall to the pockets of the corrupt company owners who want to get more richer, fuckers. - We have too many malls, but too limited work power. Fuck, one mall here, SM, has a fucking branch about around 100km of the other one. And the bad thing about is that they're lined up in EDSA (one of the most used Avenues in our country) so the traffic is fucking bad every day, don't even mention Sale to me. Despite having malls pop like mushrooms on rain, the boutiques and shops there barely have the enough work force to sustain the demands. - Fucking government stole the farmers land. Stupid government failed to realize that for the longest time, our country has the one of the best conditions to grow top notch agricultural products. Well with the help of our university, the government finally heeded the plea of the farmers, but the land owners were being sore losers and actually hired a hitman to kill 1 or 2 innocent farmers. - Fuck I think they even used the some land that they didn't return to create a meat shop. Well, I guess they're stupid enough not to learn that when the workers in a meat shop don't get payed the right salary, they fucking revolt. The workers here want to get their voices heard, so if they management acts deaf, the workers put in some dead guy or a decapitated something into the meat grinder that goes into the processing section and viola! Into the market. So if the companies here fucks with their workers, the workers know where they can hit good. - A good percentage of our population has high literacy rate, but not all of those are functional. They call it something else, like how APM and EAPM are, but yeah you get the point. - People form the slums/isolated area's tend to stay there unless they go to Manila and test their luck. Manny Paqciuao is one of the guys that would have never been where they are now if they didn't try their luck. - PC shops are infested with FPS, MMORPG's, and other sub-par games, therefore, making the StarCraft players less, yes our kind is endangered in our country and we tend to be looked down and get talked behind our backs in pc shops. Well they all shut up because they usually have seizures after watching my game. Well I can tell that they're not used to constantly changing screens, I only have 180-200 apm how did they get seizures? - A lot of bm guys who can't walk the walk. Seriously I have replays that I can translate the in game chat for you guys, because there are moments where I get blamed of cheating/hacking because I'm better than the noobs here. I also have chatlogs that people can testify to, well it's not only me but the other SC players here. - A lot of noob guys who are better off with dota and fail at being e-thugs. There was this one moment where a guy wants to play at Garena, and he was asking us how. So I asked his patch version and said Broodwar. Having my own dose of noobs a while ago, I said "Go find help somewhere else, I'm done with noobs like you." Well he proceeded to say "weak" "go fuck yourself/mom/grandmother" for about 5 times, I bet that was everything in his vocabulary. He also asked me where I lived and proceeded to say that we should just play dota. Fuck, this place is infested with those bastards. - Broadband sucks, especially when it rains, so during the rainy season I get to play with my PS3 a lot. | ||

I knew this british guy who lived next to my parents, I guess he moved there when I was like 10 or something he didnt speak any norwegian then, but when I met him again like 2 years ago he started speaking norwegian to me but despite having lived here 10 years his pronunciation was not great so I just replied in english and we started speaking that instead. | ||

I really really enjoy our cultural diversity, I dont know any other society so multi etinical and integrated as the Brazilian one I like our current president, but kid you not, hes 1 charismatic guy amongst many filthy scumbags, all his party is made of worthless bums, and even tho I would vote on him endless times, I cant think of my self voting on no one else. The fear of some retard getting elected and fucking everything we worked for is huge! Brazilians are very kind usually. Soccer rocks. Really good gun control, chances are 95% of people with guns are cops or gangsters, theres really little people who really believe in self defense, here (i mean common people, if you gonna count all the thug-life gangstas with guns then its no comments) Huge geographical diversity Massive natural resources. Hot woman Super gritty slum movies. Our food Dislikes: Too many political parties. Too much political corruption. Too much taxes on peoples jobs.
