St. George (downtown) campus. I'm don't know what my residence is yet, but I set my first choice as new college ( i think because it was the closest to the engineering building?) What program are you in? Are you in engineering?

If you guys think that past a certain level, there's going to be any discernable difference between what you learn at an undergraduate level based upon ranking... you're in for a huge surprise.
As a person who's been through this and is now about to attend graduate school, I would highly recommend finding the school that will provide you with the most fun, fulfilling experience that your four year's time can possibly provide.

You don't look at overall rankings, you look at department/major rankings for undergraduate schools.

Ooooo
New College eh? You're the first person I've ever seen set New College as the first choice lol. There are smart people in all the colleges so no hate coming from me. But I heard the res social life is really lame at New College 'cause most of the students are international students who stick to themselves and don't really invest much into res community party life or whatever.
But I forgot you're doing Engineering, no time to fuck around anyway, lol.

ok so you're straight up engineering.. ok.. cause i didn't know if there was a difference between engineering and engineering science. i'm taking quantitative analysis, so i'm not really in your area, but i have friends in engineering if you have any questions.

Umm, can you still enjoy most of the social life benefits @ UoT even in new college? The nice UoT social scene was one of it's pluses for me

I think U of T is known to get rid of your social life haha
My teacher at church took life science in UT and graduated, but said he would never do it again.
anyway for me so far, McMaster life sci - accepted Queen's life sci - accepted Western health sci - accepted UW life sci - accepted
still waiting on UT life sci ( if i dont have money i have to go to UT t_t) McMaster health sci (i gave up. i dont expect to hear from them hahaha)

lol waterloo is a boring ass city..... i don't know how great life sciences at u of t is, but i know health sci at mcmaster is a really really good program. I have a friend in health sci at mcmaster, and he says its pretty hardcore. ><

I think any life sci would be hardcore, because of the competition for med school.
