For one, shes not a whore nor a prostitute, if shes a virgin. Definition of a virgin - is someone who has not yet or is pertaining to sexual intercourse.
As for the STD, its a lower possibility that she has one, for the only method of it would be at the time of birth when her mother was in labor (hence her parents had a con tractable form of a STD which is passed on by the birth canal.)
