That's an interesting questions. To be realistic, it can only be answered on a personal level. Is the film that causes you to think more real than the film that causes you to feel? Is an intellectual reaction more important than a visceral one? It's a question that can only be answered by the single viewer, and will certainly evolve over time. It all depends on how you emotionally invest yourself in the work. | ||
