I know this might sound elitist, but the people there with 500+ posts (obviously committed to their community) are not losing their minds over this, it's only a 2 or 3 newish posters. ...We have been spammed by members of the incoherent, typo-ridden, just plain STUPID Team Liquid. Th comments range from pointless spamming, all the way to, what I consider sexual harassment. Call this spam, if you please. But apparently my mini-rant didn't get the message across to these people: GO AWAY! We don't want you here. If some guy is gonna say this about TL posters, including you who was trying to appologise on behalf of TL, I say don't sweat it. It's obvious the more involved members of their community don't feel the same way. It was one thread, of already questionable content, calling out TeamLiquid, and a few people had a little fun inside the thread (they didn't exactly spam the whole site or anything). Yes, a lot of the posts were boarder-line down syndrome, but they were contained, and less than harmful (do you really think their topic was derailed?). I don't think it should happen again, but I also think you're overreacting and misinterpreting the situation. That said, this made me lol: God this is just like the time we invaded that stripper forum. The fact that I know you wrote that with a straight face... PS: TL > Internet | ||
