I've already seen someone do a praying mantis vs. mouse fight, which was pretty disgusting to watch.I think that the main problem isnt to cause pain to such arthropods ( who the fuck care ?) but to watch them fight. My conclusion: ppl here are ten years old kids or sadists. PETA is complete lunacy though, but that's another topic.

If feeling pain was all that mattered, PETA & company would lobby to anesthise (that the word?) the animals before we killed them, which, as far as I know, is not what they want. As for killing a bug in your house, of course you should kill it, it would do the same to you if you invaded its territory. Matter of fact, it would probably end up stinging or biting you in your own house. It becomes questionable when you purposefully take it out of its envinronment just to fight another one to death for our own fun. But I still find the whole thing damn fun, so whatever. I just wanted to clarify my point. Don't want a debate either, so I'm just dropping this after this post.

Nobody is killed in a boxing match ( ok there are sometimes "accidents" ) Moreover even if most of the MMA/boxing fans are stupid ppl who just want to see someone KOed some of them are experts who appreciate the skill of the fighters and the sport itself. You should respect them.

The centipede has modified claws called forcipules which curve around its head and can deliver venom into its prey. The extremely potent venom, containing acetylcholine, histamine, and serotonin, is toxic to humans and causes severe swelling, chills, fever, and weakness. It is known to eat bats, catching them in midflight, as well as rodents and spiders. In the spoiler are some pretty gross movies from youtube containing centipede eating a mouse, centipede vs tarantula etc. + Show Spoiler + Edit: I've decided to leave the mouse eating part out ![]()
