Let's define funding.
The goal of SWIFT cut is to heavily devastate Russia economy and its ability to trade globally.
China bigges banks were lending 4x to russia until the US send out a threat, and Russia is now heavily relying on CIPS. Regional banks are still what's funding Russia.
The biggest supplier of Russia drones, from high precision machineries, UAV engine parts, optics to semi conductor chips are from China, some sources even say upto 90%.
They can do that because china is sending what's known as dual use chips to bypass the restrictions.
Very few nations come close, especially on duel use semi chips.
And let's not forget both western and Ukraine intelligence agree china is providing critical geospatial and space based Intel to Russia.
Unfortunately China is too big for both the US and Europe to tackle this seriously.
Hence there are more reports on India role in energy trader than China's much more involved role in keeping Russia war going.
And the mainstream media report on the US is far more negative and frequent than China's.
Like i said to a friend the other day, space X should have never been involved in any of this and they wouldn't have gotten these negative press, and no one would be crying over Elon being a Russian puppet or whatever.
