Besides misrepresenting himself & claiming to support free speech while using libel suits to silence critics his advertisements are beyond horrible. He somehow has managed to make a singular ad criticizing Warren for her claims about Native American ancestors *and* belittle Native Americans by referring to them as indians (and in a context where he's grouping them with actual indian ancestry) which is an amazing feat of horribleness.

Yeah it's so infuriating. I don't understand how you can simultaneously say you promote free speech and claim to have invented email because you have a copyright for a system called email that you made after email already existed. Like if you don't fundamentally understand copyright (or willfully misrepresent it) how do you have any understanding of free speech?

Bro, I’m from MA, I know about Warren and I went through her first and second election campaign. Scott Brown brought it up during his failed re-election campaign because his team found a small referenced to it on her professor’s page at Harvard. She never brought it up herself or referenced it before people attacked her with it.

I doubt it. If Harvard wants a Native American professor, they will just find one and hire them. The motive being checking it was likely that she was filling out her professor profile and just checked the box because it was what she knew to be true.

If she's white as driven snow, then she ought to swallow her lumps and admit to it, rather than insulting our intelligence by claiming 1/1,024 ancestry actually qualifies as being Native American to any remotely significant degree. Maybe in the twilight zone it does, but not in reality!
