It’s not, those three are basically all price related. But there are a few Regan era republicans that are embarrassed enough from the debacle of Iran and supporting of one of the US’s biggest enemies and treats that they might hold their nose and vote blue, or at least stay home.
The reality is that anyone who wants the US to support Russia is already a Trump supporter so a move like this can only hurt Trump, there is no way for it to gain votes. Which is why I have read about quite a few Republicans campaigning disagreeing with it.
Almost no one is voting on Ukraine and it's easy to see why. Imagine being a "Reagan Republican" and voting to put Democrats in charge of one of or both houses of Congress because you are mad at Trump for his treatment of Ukraine. The universe of these people is vanishingly small. Republicans will disagree with Trump but voting for AES is just not a thing Republicans are going to do. If anything, having Dems move left is likely to increase turnout among Republicans or Republican leading indies who might otherwise not bother. Elections are choices, and it's hard to see how someone is making their choice based on that conflict. Pretty much everything else matters more.
