Because I think it's quite black and white in the tweet. It first claims the investigation was borked (based on nothing). That it was intentionally borked by Joe Biden (based, again, on nothing), and finally that this means it was all a giant plot to kill him. The gish gallop was right there in the tweet.

I dunno how else to read it, it’s not even especially clear what he’s talking about in terms of the investigation or the attempt itself at times.
Regardless it’s pretty grossly irresponsible stuff that just inflames political tensions, and it’s the President of the United States and now just some random citizen tweeting things.
