One can also almost imagine it being intentional. Make the vaccines ineffective, then show everyone that vaccines don't do anything. "You gave your child all those vaccinations, and it still got the disease!" could be somewhat convincing, i guess.
But usually these people are not smart enough for a long-term plan like that. So i assume they just think "too much vaccine at once" is somehow a big problem.

Trump has the amazing power of his defenders and fans just pretending like he’s trolling when they don’t like what he says, and think that’s cool, and being honest when he says what they agree. Then no ability to look backwards to see if they were right.

It reminds me of an overarching Republican mantra: the federal government isn't capable of doing anything right [and we're going to prove it by obstructing progress every time Democrats are in power, and we're going to move the country backwards when we're in power].
Of course, this targeted attack on vaccines is commonplace for Republicans too. I think Hanlon's Razor has expired on their idiocy when it comes to vaccines; their anti-vaxxer stance can't possibly be a matter of simple ignorance anymore. It's not a mistake or a miscommunication; it's clearly malicious and intentional at this point. They are trying to kill children, and they know it.
