I don't know what the procedures are in this situation. Do they hold a special election or the Republicans appoint a stand-in until an election? I think someone in NJ got charged with terrorism for doing this, I’m pretty sure it’s not legal. Best case scenario it has to count towards a battery charge right? | ||

Each states result must individually be objected to and both House and Senate must separately agree by majority vote to not count the objected votes. There is no vote to certify.
