Gomplayer is free media player includes codecs like VLC player. It also plays GomTV but only Korean version did.
This is a guide on how to make English gomplayer plays GomTV.
1. Install Korean version Gomplayer.
Uncheck all checkboxes except 필수코덱설치(install codecs) & 아이팝실행프로그램설치(ipop launcher which needs for GomTV)
Set destination folder like this.
2. Then, install English version Gomplayer if you don't have it.
Make sure set destination folder differently for Korean version Gomplayer.
Run Gomplayer.

Wow, thanks a lot. I use the English GOM and I like it a lot, but I always wanted the Korean one for I guess better-than-sc2 quality streaming. Now I can have both with both benefits

The Korean version GOM Player install link doesn't work for me.

When I tried to install the GOMPlayer via the Korean link, it came up as the english version? I had already downloaded both .exe's is that a problem?

GOM player tricked me by setting itself as the default video player with an option in Korean. Then i realized it was right.

Same for me. Also when I start the English version I get this:
The grey button installs the Korean version again.

Hi, i need some help, if anyone comments thanks so much ahead of time. =)
i am doing v 2.1.8.3683. i dled korean with only the two boxes, then english, with more than two boxes, like it said. so all of my language is english. However when i actually go to play a video, it runs through an ad, but then it won't work.
it says cannot connect to sever, make sure firewall is off... (my firewall was off)
You're supposed to be able to view videos without logging in, correct? cause the joo min bun ho thing is a pain, even for non korean citizens. If you know how to get a foreign joo min #, i would love you even more. =)

the korean gomplayer link gave me the english version, or atleast the install wizard is in english

Hi,
I tried to use the korean gomtv player version. Because yaoyuan.com didnt work and when I used these skins that were posted my gomtv always crashes when i click on the GOMTV button.
With the korean version installed I now get this in the "gomtv window":
"Gone
Due to changes to GomTV and their broadcasting restrictions, this service is no longer available. Please remove references of tv.gomtv.com from your windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts file."
Did GOMTV block foreign IP for their GOMTV or what? Am I doing something wrong?

GomTV doesn't show OGN or MBC matches anymore AFAIK.
you can only see GSL and simple english version is enough for that.

so how am I gonna watch proleague when yaoyuan.com is not workin for me atm (god knows why) and my internet is too slow for daumplayer?
