So last night I was severely dehydrated. Cuz Im an idiot and I hadn't been drinking water in forever.
Anyways, once I went to sleep, I woke up in the middle of the night with a cramp in my lower leg. Which Im sure some of you guys have been woken up from before. This is the worst cramp I have ever got in my life. It lasted about 5 minutes but it was basically 5 minutes of me writhing around wishing it was over. I honestly felt like I was about to pass out.
This is probably the worst pain I've ever felt, though maybe the runner up would be a time I got horrible sunburn on my back and over a period of 2 days there were these tiny blisters all over my back that would randomly pop open every 15 minutes or so. That was pretty terrible too.
I haven't suffered much. My worse was a severe ankle sprain, I almost vomitted because of the pain. Second worse was also a cramp in the leg while sleeping. The pain was very strong, and my leg still hurt for a week or two after that.
i am not sure what this is called in english, the dictionary says "renal calculi", it's stones in your kidney? anyway, the pain was so unbearable i thought i was going to die, seriously. when the pain is so massive, you lose your ability to think. i've had some other injuries in my life (not really bad ones though), but with injuries it's different, they actually never hurt that much. it's more like a quick pain, and then you get that numb feeling. the stones in the kidney however, were different. i was fully conscious all the time, and the pain just took over control of my body, my thoughts, everything.
i somehow managed to get to the subway and see a doctor, ppl were staring at me on the way, i must have looked awful, almost crawling there. i didn't think of calling an ambulance. smart eh?
when i got to the doctor, i was laying on the bed, and had these spasms, like when you can't control your body anmore. i fainted from the pain, i dunno for how long, maybe 1minute? after that i got a ultra heavy painkiller, and this was like the most relieving moment of my life.
it didn't end there though, i had pain for the next 3 days (not as heavy though) before the stones finally came out.
gr 4 (I think) skating trip. was fooling around with some friends and ended up going face first into the metal sidings below the glass in the rink, knocking out 2 of my teeth.

simply kidney stones i english
the worst physical pain ive ever been in would have to be either when i burnt all the skin on my hand off (fireworks ) or when i broke my ankle in two places (racquetball)
I think the worst pain I ever had were my balls. It was insane.. I could not move at all and barely breathe for about 10 minutes. I just laid on my bed crying and gasping for air while trying to not move because that hurt so much.

I once had a weird cramp in my foot.. It happened when I was laying down in my bed.. When I'd put my foot in a certain position it would hurt like hell, but if i'd put it out of that position again it was all fine. Of course, being a guy, I had to test myself :D So I put it in the one position that it actually really hurt, and the pain kept on getting worse and worse to the point that normally I'd have to put it back because it hurt too much... but I wanted to be hardcore so i kept it there.
It hurt like a true motherfucker and I was couldn't stop it anymore.. even when i put it back out of the position it still hurt. Now these days the same cramp comes back and there aint shit I can do about it, however it doesn't take all too long and it isn't as bad as that one time I felt to show my masculinity.
Further.... The balls man.. the balls. How come nobody has mentioned those yet? ain't no pain like that. I've had a hole in my head before, broke my toe, had other shit happening but the balls are.. well.. the balls. He who controls the balls, controls the body. I'm pretty sure anyone would do anything someone would command you to do, if he had your balls in his hand, ready to crush them :D (not saying it happened to me like that lOl)
I did a frenum piercing. Hurted like hell. Its not worth it by far, I let mine be there for 7 weeks, didn't want to heal nice so I removed it. My dick had the size of an apple T_T Couldn't have sex either :/
I do not recommend anyone to pierce their frenum..
People who do get circumsied usually get it when they are born and can't remember the pain. I got circumcised when I was in junior high school and clearly remember the next few hours when the pain started kicking in.

worst pain in my life, most likely was when i woke up in the middle of the night unable to breathe because i had a huge slime ball in my throat. didn't really hurt in that sense of the word, but i've never felt despair so bad, thought i was going to die:p
I was about to go to bed, and I grabbed a donut as a nighttime snack. I went downstairs and was starting to take off my shirt, and the donut fell. On reflex, I whipped my hand down, caught it, then hit myself in the nuts with such force that I fell over.
Cramps can be quite terrible yes~~ You should just try different ways to stretch the muscle though and it will stop.
I remember one time when I was like 13-15 something, growing a lot and having cramps quite often, anyway, I suddenly got this mad cramp in the back of my leg as I sat watching tv so I flew up and tried to stretch it away in different ways, and just then the telephone rings; and stupid as I am I, pick it up and it turns out it's my mom...
mom:"blahblah..I'll be home in an hour." me: "OK!!! BYE!" (trying to ignore the pain and jumping up and down) mom:"Huh? anything wrong?" me:"Cramp!" mom:"haha ok" (hangs up)
drinking a can of pop after immediately opening it, I think the carbonation wasnt out of it yet and it went down my throat into lungs/stomach, it felt like my chest/abdomen were being burned from the inside out

when I climbed over a metal fence with spikes I got 1 spike through my left lower arm. It pierced through and after that I was operated 3 hours without narcose. But that wasnt nearly as painful as when I got my a part of my foot nail removed (the lower thing were it grows).

i like that feeling:D haha
nonono, its not like a burning from the carbonation, its like the actual air has gone down your throat, its completely different.
That and popping those huge ass pimples that are like deep on your skin are the most painful things ever.

nvm: bey & kroko hit the jackpot already :D
Heh. I do that all the time. When I lie down, and put my leg in a weird position, sometimes when I flex my calf muscle it cramps up. The pains not bad though, and I usually do it repeatedly to amuse myself while watching TV.
I had Mycoplasma Phemonia. Look around Wikipedia for more info. It's were a 3rd string cancer plants certain viruses in a small area of your body and lets it run rapid covertly. It varies very slightly, but the case I had was a rust around my dickhole, so you can imagine how bad that is alone t_T, and my lips split open and a crust / scab made of blood formed around my lips. The doctor says if I didn't get to him within another day I would have died from my neck / throat tightening since the pressure of swallowing increased exponentially overnight. I took about 4 bags of morphine from the hospital in Camden Philadelphia due to all the friggen pain I was in :O Nothing is worse than that. Besides that, the worst pain I was in was the cramp you explained before I had a double period of Gym running the mile that day :D

what about choo guyz?
i used to get those all the time in hs when i played sports. at the begining of the season when youre not in shape, you get those a lot after the first few conditionings. it fucking sucks, try getting one in each leg at the same time. but ive had far worse
1: when i was in 1st grade i fell off a 3ft wall flat onto my face n shattered my nose 2: i got hit by a car (solid steel buick) and dislocated my shoulder so bad that it was a good 3-4 inches outta place 3: i tore a ligament in my thumb (skiiers thumb, go look it up) tore a ligament on my arm after it caught a bone growth 4: i broke a lot of bones, but probably the worst was when i broke my big toe. it split down the middle at the top right thru the joint and to the base. 5: most recent i was playing football with friends. i got the ball on the play and got a decent gain and got gang tackled. during the play, my foot got stepped on the big toe joint and at the same time hyperextended it. i didnt think much of it at first, it hurt and i couldnt run, so i just played lineman for the last few minutes. i got home, showered, took a lot of advil and iced it and didnt think much of it and went out to the city that night. after walking around all nite, it started to hurt and when i got home real late it looked like this:
edit: pics on other comp ;d
two days later, it doubled in size and color, and i went to the dr. i had a decent sized tear in a ligament and the bone had a deep bruise from the cleats. that was back in oct/nov and the shit still isnt 100%. the toe bends in now from not healing correctly and feels like theres a ton of pressure on it if i stand on my toes.
I was at this party when I was 18 or so, and this chick was trying / wanted to take off my shirt. We were laying down and I must have twisted my arm too much or smth, that I managed to dislocate my right shoulder. Then I just froze there because I couldn't move my arm, and I grabbed my shoulder with my other hand and felt really fucked up. I freaked out and just pulled on it really hard. I guess it wasn't that bad because it snapped back into place.
Though it hurt for about a year afterwards, I could still feel it when I moved my arm too much in any direction. Stupid thing was that I was just trying to take off a damn t-shirt.
As a kid I had stepped on a small piece of glass, and it got embedded in my foot. I sorta ignored it at the time, and it healed up, and over the years turned into a giant cyst. When it finally got removed a year ago the doctor was actually using a fucking SPOON to take out globs of white shit that had formed around it.
Another time I was out mowing the lawn, and I knelt down to tie my shoe. In the process I put my knee down on top of like the engine, and I didn't even feel it for like 1-2 seconds, and then OW. I tried to rise up but my knee had like melted itself to the lawnmower, and as I stood a glob of skin stayed behind. The aftermath of the burn was quite possibly the most uncomfortable thing I'd done to myself.

I woke up with a dislocated shoulder once. I was too confused to do anything logical so I rammed it up against a wall.
Oh I almost forgot this one hehe, not that it caused a lot of pain but it's pretty damn funny looking back (I was scared as hell at the time).
I was like 10 years old and it was a few days after New years eve; school had started and for some reason I still had some firecrackers in the inner pocket of my jacket, and some of them were of a type that you just throw on the ground and they explode. I have no idea why my parents allowed this; but yeah..they probably didn't. However, me and 3 other guys were waiting for the schoolbus to come and me and another kid decided to climb a tree while waiting^^
So we climb around and at some point I decide to slide down the stem of the tree, so I slide down pressing my chest to the tree and ---KABOOM!--- the stuff in my pocket goes off lol.
I had no idea what had happend lol, I just felt an intense pain and I was scared as hell so I fall the rest of the way down to the ground and lie there pressing my hands to my chest while smoke rises from my bosom.
I couldn't see the look on my schoolmates faces but I'm pretty sure they were positive I had been shot lol, so the one girl goes "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" and all of them running around like mad.
Anyway, some 2 seconds later I realize what had happend and quickly get up and try to calm them down.

When I was in 6th grade, my appendix ruptured. It felt like unbeleivable cramps in every core muscle at the same time coupled waves of nausea. I was all to happy when I got the hospital to get knocked out.
in the balls actually, that pain takes your breathe away and you are just wishing for it to stop so badly... and before you even noticed you are in the ground touching ur balls screaming inside your head: "FUCKKKKKK SHHHHHHITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT MY BALLLSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!"

Whoever said they got their wisdom tooth "cut out"... uhhh, don't they crack the tooth and pick it out or pull it? I've never heard (and never want to hear again) anything about cutting + gums.
tried doing a backflip from the 3m diving board and failed in such a strange way that i somehow managed to slide my whole fuckin back over the board.
still in mid-air i screamed "wth motherfu-" then splashed into the water. (i thought some guy from the 5m tower had been jumping knee first into my back).
i got out of the water and ran to my brother, who watched all that and asked him "where is that mofo who jumped on me? i'm gonna kill him!!"
he then chuckled and said that guy didn't exist because i had failed the backflip. thats when i noticed i was standing in a puddle of my own blood, running down the backside of my legs.
i couldn't sit, stand or walk for 2 weeks. it hurt pretty bad.
but it didn't keep me from still driving home with my bike ^_^
I once had a huge nosebleed that wouldn't stop and I went to the doctor's to get it fixed up. He tried using chemicals to cauterize it (silver nitrate I believe). The burning was beyond anything I've ever felt, it was like all the physical pain I've ever felt from a broken arm or getting kicked in the balls, all focused onto a single little dot all the way up my nose. I had to hold that position for something like 5 min to make sure the wound closed properly. After all that, the wound STILL didn't heal and I had to get surgery -.-
I once had something called a deep bone bruse on my shin. The doc told me it hurts more then if you had just broken the bone cleanly. It hurt like hell to walk on it and was painfull as hell to the touch. It eventualy left a huge dryed chunk of blood in my leg they had to remove.
well, hard to say because I've had tons of injuries and had been able to tolerate most of em... first that comes to mind though is having my spinal plates between lower-mid back out of place from crashing on a suzuki. every movement I made with my upper body would = temporary elevated pain. It wasn't a very fun couple weeks
i one hit my calf on the muffler of a car n burt it real bad
when i wasl ike 8 i was roasting marshmellows with friends after getting outta the pool. i was still shirtless and some duechebag fucking smacks his stick on the grill and it flys off the stick and lands, on fire, on my fucking stomach. i tried putting it out w my hands and burnt them too, so i ran and jumped in the pool
i played lacrosse for a few years and in that sport, youll see some of the most painful things ever .
just personally, i had several fingers broken, my hand, a rib (that fucking HURTS) and i have a permanent dent on my shin from taken a titanium stick across it.
ive seen in games kids get their arms literally snapped in half from a slash. i saw one kid get flattened and have his collarbone snap. saw a teamate blow out his acl. another one knock a kid out cold with a check (the kid had blood from the nose, that shit was scary)
the WORST however, is defintiely this: during pre-game, we were warming up our goalie. most peolpe wear cups, goalies always do, but this meathead decided not to. this dude was a beast, like 6'3 240 (this was hs). one player takes a crankshot (the equivilant of a slapshot in hockey, hard rubber ball, 50+mph and a lot higher for good players><) that hits this kid SQUARE IN THE BALLS.
as youd imagine, he dropped to the floor and was screaming bloody murder as he rolled around. it took 3 people to carry his ass off. they took him to the hospital where they drugged him up real good and iced him for a while. the dr. sent him home with meds and told him no sex, no cranking it for 2 weeks. apparently he was pissing blood n shit, and both his nuts had bruises on them. he walked around liek a duck for days after n we called him cyclops for the rest of the year haha. btw he quit lol

Yea, i think kidney stones is like one of top 5 most painful things there is ><
worst pain i ever felt was when i was 14 i was returning a punt and my cleat caught on the grass and i got undercut from the front, broke my tibia which pushed back n broke my fibula in my right leg which was sticking out of the back of my leg had to have 2 reconstructive surgeries. (this injury is when i started playing sc on non money maps getting serious i guess u can call it, lol cus i was in a wheelchair for 8months) kinda ironic
My buddy had kidney stones...told me he laid in a ball for two days in such pain by the end of it he was throwing up from it.....But yea Ive had that leg thing more then a few times it sucks so bad because it's totally random all the sudden it feels like a knife is in your leg, but i was told it was from lack of potassium.
Same pain as Travis. I was hiking AZ tallest mountain, 12,637 feet (3,852 metres), and got cramps in both my calves. When it happened I fell over into the fetal position and pretty much cried.
I was dehydrated, not used to thin air, was super cold for being August, and was windy as hell up towards the top.
when i was playing baseball when I was 14 we were warming up playing catch with each other at practice. we were in lines of say 5 or 6, tossing grounders and flyballs and regular throws to each other. Well something distracted me for a second, and I was talking to someone, and thats when Kyle, the person who I was playing catch with, threw a grounder that bounced about 5 or 6 times in the 50 feet between us. As I turned around, thinking that Kyle had been waiting for me to finish my conversation, I was proved wrong, when the baseball bounced RIGHT into my balls and I fell to the grass and tried to not cry in front of every1 as they laughed at me
Severe cramping in around my left kidney area. The crippling pain made it extremely difficult for me just to get up and get my mom. Took some asian medicine and slept it off.

Damn people gets hurt, the worst pain i can remember is the needle I got at the dentist five years ago =/ (thou if you would count mental pain smokin salvia was pretty fucked up, really fucked, but fun as well)
My worst pain was when i stretched my back, after several hours in the hospital i got home with help, stayed in bed for a week or so, could barerly move myself without crutches to help me get out of bed and use the bathroom.
I would not unleash that amount of pain even on my worst enemy !!!
Hm there were 2 pains i remember where at the momment i feelt the pain i wished to actually die to make it stop.
I had a serious crack in my ear-drum . Well that was alot of pain and i was lying in fetal position screaming till i got some painkillers from a doctor.
Another thing was that i had some hardened dead tissue stuff right under my left eye insinde the eyelid that had to be removed surgically. I got local anesthesia with 2 Injections but it still was incredible pain for about 5 minutes. I could feel how the doctor cut in my eye lids trhough the flesh to open up a gap to finally scratch out the hard material with some kind of spoon. Somehow the Pain felt just too much to realize it.
One of my testicles is really sensitive, like, if I do anything strenuous without something tighter than boxers on it hurts like hell. So one time I played frisbee football for like 3 hours then walked with a group of people like a mile to get dinner, then a mile back(I was at a math team competition). The pain went all the way up my stomach, and every time I took a step it felt like I was going to throw up.
This happened another time after a week at the beach, I woke up one morning to dry heaves and feeling ill. I didn't actually feel any pain, but that's how my body dealt with the pain there.
2 Two flights home from Nice to Stockholm (landed at CDG), while I had one of the worst colds in my life. Felt like my head was gonna explode and eyeballs pop both landings. Normally you're able to even the pressure, but it was impossible this time. Started out painful at like 4k metres and then it only got worse. Fun 20+ minutes times two, not.
3 When I had my wisdom teeth done. Was groggy afterwards, and staggered home and crashed in my bed where I slept 16 hours straight.
Never felt extreme pain in my life. When I woke yesterday I could hardly walk due to to much training, somewhat like a constant cramp. Not that painful though.
All I ever get is crap. Except when I broke my arm trying to hit a guy...
When i was 11 I fell about 12-15 feet from a tree because the hallowed out branch i swung to snapped. Yea, i fell on hard dirt and gravel and broke my wrist and slammed my face on the ground.
More recently though (last June) I got Tonsilitis. Worst pain ever. Couldn't eat, could hardly drink or swallow. Constant phlegm choking me up forcing me to contract my neck muscles which made it hurt worse. On top of that everything in my neck was swollen and my throat was closed up to about the size of 2-3 pens. Think of Jesus' rose thorn crown , on your neck, Thorns 3x longer, shooting up and down your neck even up into your ears, throbbing, everytime you move.
i've never had anything serious beyond the typical scraped knees from biking and doing stupid shit. worst pain, surprisingly, is from the massive sharp random headaches i used to get. they would leave me unable to talk or do anything for ten minutes at a time, and i'd feel horrible afterwards. felt like drills slowly going deeper and deeper into my consciousness.
they went away as i started sleeping more, exercising, and eating better. this was during high school, when i was obsessed with this game and counter-strike, and i was doing two to three hours a night of sleep to play, twenty or so all at once whenever i finally just couldn't wake up.
Probably a tie between when I split my patella (knee cap) one summer in Germany, and my worst ankle sprain.
In Germany, I was running up the stairs of my host family's house and slipped and my knee ran right into the sharp edge of these stone steps. I thought I just bruised it badly, and I wasn't confident enough yet with my German to want to see a doctor about it, so I went to my room and just laid on the bed and writhed in pain for a half-hour. A month or two later when the swelling was down I realized there's a thin crack all the way across my right kneecap now. I never had any problems, so I never had a doctor look at it.
The ankle sprain was playing basketball and put me on crutches for two weeks. There were 3 times I've sprained ankles playing ball where the pain was bad enough that I got light-headed and had bad nausea, and this time it was also so bad that I had problems even comprehending what was happening -- for a minute or two I got inchorent and couldn't formulate a sentence properly.
By comparison, breaking my wrist badly last year wasn't painful at all (nor was the aftermath of the surgery). Weird.
I once had boiling water pored on my left hand because I wasn't watching. And I once had my legs cought between a run around that was spining, I guess it was not was not very fast at the time since my leg is still funtional.

Once I had a sensitive right testicle and a really sharp pain in my abdomen around where I imagine my appendix to be. I took a bus to the hospital. The pain was bad for about an hour in total. I found out I had kidney stones, but they must have been pretty small because I never felt them come out while I peed. I also found out that the back pain I was getting in my lower-right back the day before was also due to the kidney stones (I thought I'd just been sitting poorly or something). Anyway, now I make sure to drink enough liquid each day and I almost never get pains from kidney stones anymore.
That wasn't my worst pain though. The worst would have to be one of:
1. Some really sharp pain in my right ear one night. I'm not sure what caused it, possibly an ear infection. Took extra strength tylenol and it did nothing. Went to the hospital but found out the wait to see someone was going to be 8+ hours. After about 2-3 hours total the pain finally started to subside and I went home to sleep. But the pain was close to driving me insane that whole time (I felt seriously tempted to just burst out and say "GIVE ME SOME PAINKILLERS!").
2. I ate some bad food one day. My stomach hurt pretty bad in the evening. I didn't know why so I tried eating more food (big mistake) and then tried taking Peptol Bismol. It just got worse. I finally fell asleep but woke up at 4 am from an incredible pain in my gut. I went into the bathroom and almost fainted from the pain (got really light-headed and dizzy, bent down, and couldn't see for about 10 seconds). Called an ambulance. Found out my blood pressure had dropped to around 50/xx (instead of its usual 105/65) because of the pain (it must have been even lower when I almost fainted :S). Anyway, the pain slowly subsided and the next morning I was feeling better. Now I am better at distinguishing a "food poisoning" kind of pain from hunger pains and acid pains, and no longer eat more food when I get that pain, for fear of a repeat of this experience.
I feel pretty lucky compared to you guys though: I don't think my worst pains were as bad as most of yours :S. (they were definitely worse than hit-in-the-balls-pain though!)

I was stuck in the hospital with appendicitis. My appendix had enlarged so much that it was the shape of my fist, the doctor said. I was throwing up, my insides were burning, and I had to wait a good 8 hours before I got my surgery.(I was getting drugged up on morphine but I could still feel the pain wtf?) Doctor said had I went later, I could have died. O yeah, since the operation, I developed IBS and I have painful shits from time to time. Just had one right now, like a fire rock up your anus I'd say.
oh yea i forgot. at a party i saw my friend getting into some arguement with some big black dude. i went over to go back him up or whatever, and i get completely blindsided by his friend, who punched me square in teh ear. it popped my eardrum and threw off my equilibrium, i like couldnt stand at all. after that i was in pain for a bit n it healed. liek 2 months later, i hopped in my pool for the first time that summer n dove to the bottom and came up screaming. the ear drum still had a perforation in it and completely threw off the pressue in my ear, i couldt even keep my head straight up. i had to lay down for like 2 hours to let it drain and it HURT. went to the dr, found the hole and he told me that i also had my bone ( i think the mallus?) displaced/broken + needed surgery.
had that doen and i was deaf for the better part of the month with a lot of pain, that sucked. all the sudden now, i got a bad sinus infection n now my ear gets this ringing like i had the surgery again =[.
im totally convinced my bodys gonna fail me by the time im 30
yeah sometimes my foot isnt positioned right and i wake up early, and the pain hurts so bad. but when its gone, i run to my computer and start playing SC
when i had mono a year and a half ago about, i got strep throat a few times, and i couldnt eat because it hurt so badly to swallow. like it literally felt like i was having a knife jammed down my throat cuz it was infected so bad. so i just laid in bed cringing every time i had to swallow my spit for 3 days at a time. (this happened 2 or 3 times, but the first one was the worst)
I had to go to the hospital because I was backed up with stool and they had to put a fucking thick giant tube up my nose and down into my throat. It basically looked like a water hose. I choked and gagged the entire time and god that shit hurt so bad. And I had to do it again the next year, which it then fell out of my nose and they had to put it back in AGAIN. Worst pain I've ever felt by far. Blue balls hurts too =(
My 2nd wrestling match as a rookie. The guy sprawled on the back of my neck and his whole weight made my chest cave in. Fractured 2 ribs. Felt a sharp stabbing pain everytime I tried breathing. o.O
(No1) When I was 12 or 13 I had a meningitis (through streptococcus pneumoniae), the headache of it itself was already really bad, I doubt anyone who hasn't had a meningitits can imagine -.-
(No2) I had been sick for 2 days or so at home before my mother, who is a doctor, found the first symptoms and drove me to the hospital asap. I didn't really pass out, but I have no memory from that moment on (sometime in the morning) until one day later. So I woke up the next day in intensive care, one important method to keep track of how the patient is doing when he has a meningitis is to do a lumbar puncture (look it up: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lumbar_puncture ). During a lumbar puncture the patient has to kinda curve his back and stay like this during the procedure (i. e. do not stop the curving of the back at all and do not move forward when the needle is supposed to puncture etc) to make it really work and to feel less pain, although a lumpar puncture is already not very pleasant in itself.
Anyway, I was really sick, had lost track of the last 24 hrs or sth. and was totally lost and stuff, the doctor comes in an wants to do a lumbar puncture. I basically "fled" the needle, doing every thing wrong a patient could do wrong (no one told me what to do anyway and even if they had, I doubt I would have been able to really do better) in that situation. Somehow they managed to get it done despite my condition, but I don't think I ever felt such pain again -.-
I've had long lasting muscle cramps before. They're no fun, but they don't really last that long so I place them below testicle injuries on my list of painful things. I've had 2 really painful experiences that I can't really choose between.
The first experience: I broke my clavicle(sp?... collar bone) in the summer of 9th grade in a bicycle accident (was ejected from my bike and landed on pavement face/neck/shoulder first). It broke clean in two and I consider myself lucky I didn't break my neck. There was no immediate pain for some reason, in fact I jumped right up afterwards and rolled my shoulders to work out the numbness I was feeling (shock?), but after a few minutes the pain was considerable. I wore a brace for 6 weeks since they couldn't put a cast on it, and practically any movement of my upper body caused pain (like during sleep, taking a shower, putting on and taking off clothes, writing, etc). Wasn't any fun.
My second most painful experience was a few years later, and it was excrutiating (but didn't last as long as the collar bone thing). I developed a large cyst in my asscrack just above my tailbone and leaning back while sitting was impossible. Every step I took sent rivers of pain up my spine, and I didn't have medical insurance to get it treated. After a few days of hoping it would go away, I took a razorblade to it and cut it to relieve the pressure (performing minor sergery on yourself in a spot you can't phisically see ftw!). I was amazed to realize that cutting it and squeezing out the puss actually felt good in comparison to how it felt normally. It took about 10 minutes of work to drain, leaving one of my towels covered in puss and blood. It didn't get infected and after a day or two of healing I was back to normal again.
Being the nice guy that I am, I was helping people tie up their boats when they arrived at a bar in northern wisconsin for a big 4th of July celebration. Some idiot that had had too much to drink accidentally leaned forward on the throttle after I had been handed the rope. I hit the dock, boat, pipes holding the dock up, and the rocks on the bottom of the water (only maybe 1-2 feet deep in the immediate vicinity) on my way down. It nicked a pretty big blood vessel in my arm because the water was already red when I climbed back up to the dock. That was probably the worst hit to the head I could imagine that wouldn't put you out immediately, and it took me about 2-3 minutes, but I did finally loose consiousnes. Anyways, partially from the throbbing pain, and partially from the seeing a lot of blood and thinking it was more serious than it actually was, I thought I was in a real bad spot. All told it was just a concussion, a few cuts/bruises, and a dislocated finger, but it hurt like hell.
I explained my personal pain on Pg 2,(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mycoplasma_infections) but I remember something very funny but must have hurt like a MOTHER FUCKER.
My friends and I were playing Football in 3rd Grade. The end zones were a brick wall and a fence. My team was facing the brick wall with the fence behind us and our friend Brian caught the ball near the brick wall end zone and just fucking slammed RIGHT into the fucking wall ROFL!!!
Edit: His entire body was leaning on his head and he was almost hanging there like a limb dead body screaming :O Was scary but just hilarous at the same time :D He just ran right the fuck into the wall ^.^ He broke his collar bone in 4 places, lost 4 teeth, and his nose is permanently crooked to the left a little :D HAD to hurt but damn I was laughing so hard inside ^_^;;
during football, my foot got stepped on the big toe joint and at the same time hyperextended it. got home, showered, took a lot of advil and iced it and didnt think much of it and went out to the city that night. after walking around all nite, it started to hurt bad and when i got home real late it looked like that
two days later, it doubled in size and color, and i went to the dr. i had a decent sized tear in a ligament and the bone had a deep bruise from the cleats. that was back in oct/nov and the shit still isnt 100%. the toe bends in now from not healing correctly and feels like theres a ton of pressure on it if i stand on my toes.
Thinking back on it, the back pain from the car accident is probably second. I used to have a Blackhead in my left ear, and instead of having someone pop it, i would just scratch it off. One of the times i took it off, it got infected somehow (keeping in my everytime i scratched it off more skin would grow over it, and it wouldn't go away) AFter abot 6 months of this, i went out camping with my family and woke up the first night with the worst head ache ever, my left ear pounding and i thoght i was going to throw up. I ran to my rents who took me to the hospital. They had to pop it and let it drain for the next hour and a bit. It was the first time that i have ever had anything green come out of my body in liquid form. ><

I had something similar happen to me, but not nearly as bad. I was playing basketball and the concrete wall was out of bounds. My team was 1 score away from winning (we were playing to 21) and the other team had 20 points. An errant pass sent the ball towards the wall, and I ran full speed to catch and pass the ball to an open man. I slammed ribs-first into the wall and the guy I passed to scored, so we won. Which was a good thing because after running into the wall I just felt like laying down. I imagine I broke my ribs something awful, but I never went to the doctor (no insurance, again), so I'm not sure how bad it was. I just wrapped ace bandages around my waist for a couple months and dealt with it. Almost six years later I still feel discomfort in that area. It's like shadow pain or something. Good times.
stomachache...i seem to have had some sort of special disease, which made my belly hurt so much for about 10~12 hours without any break it occurred about once in a month, for about 1 year, and no doctor could ever tell me what's wrong with my belly the pain was so horrible, no drug could ever reduce the pain, that was horrible, i couldn't do anything, geez....fortunately that's over for some months now, thanks to i-don't-know-what
a) stepping on a drill nail sticing out from a piece of wood b) falling from a jungle gym head first c) having my ankle sandwitched between our team's goalkeeper's hand and the opposing forward's foot (basically having him kick you while your leg has nowhere to go)
Yesterday afternoon, while practising drums, my hand got cramps, and It was like shaking.
I told my Girlfriend about it, and she asked her Mum, she said, that it was something related to my hand/wrist and that I should reduce my practise times or else I will get the pain again.

This reminded me...a bit OT but anyway. I went for a diving course last year (it was the first time I dived in my life). It was fun and all, the pressure caused me some pain occasionally but it didn't seem like a big deal. on the third and fourth day I bled from my nose when I got out of the water. When it ended, I felt some relatively weak pain in my ear. It persisted so I went to the doctor. He said I had a serious diving accident and gave me like five different medications. As it turned out, my goddamn hearing has been fucked up ever since. I can hear everything normally, but there's also a weak ringing noise that just doesn't ever stop. You get used to it like any other constant noise, but it bothers me when I sleep or when it's suddenly quiet. several months passed and there's no change. I wonder if I will ever hear silence again. -_-

Yeah, drumming screwed up my hands too. Whenever it is cold now I have trouble with my wrists, which sucks because I live in Chicago and go to school in Milwaukee, and both places are cold.
I snapped my arm in half while arm wrestling. While the snapping itself didn't hurt that much, the pain afterwards until the next day when I could get operated on was horrible. I could feel the broken pieces of bone sliding back and forth against each other all night and any time I moved it, it was a wincing pain.

Oh my.. I had that one time. Sucked so bad. You couldn't eat? Milk really helps making swallowing easier with tonsilitis so I would have milk with every meal lol. Got really sick of milk afterwards.. High fever, headaches, throat pains, ugh, hated that feeling. I never want tonsilitis again..
When I spraned my back two weeks ago. I cannot bend down at all, I cannot move my waist, I cannot turn. Sux major when you try to put on your pants and shoes and picking stuff off the ground... T_T

damn that just has to be the manliest way to lose at arm wrestling
When I was in the third grade, I began to have inexplicable and severe stomach pains. They would come and go probably once or twice a day, and they wouldn't last all that long, but the pain was pretty much totally incapacitating. Nobody could figure out what it was, and I went to several doctors. This lasted for probably six months, when I finally woke up in the middle of the night to find myself vomiting all over the place. I could not stop throwing up, and eventually nothing was coming out but a thick white liquid. Of course, in addition to throwing up, I was in such blinding pain that I don't remember anything from this point until shortly before surgery.
I was taken to the hospital rather promptly, and was in surgery sometime after that. Even up to the point of surgery, doctors simply did not know what was wrong with me, though they suspected an appendicitis.
Apparently, when they cut me open, a bunch of that previous white liquid came out, and they figured out what was wrong. I'd had a "Meckel's Diverticulum," and a rather severe case. It had gone untreated so long that it had burned through my intestine, causing it to burst inside of me.
That was definitely the most painful thing ever to happen to me.
i havent had much physical injuries, but my time with cancer gave me a lot of pain and unpleasant feelings
some chemo i recieved was alright, but a select few were really bad i also got pancreatitis from the chemo as well as a lot of other stuff thx to low immune system

1.Poured grease that was flaming and so hot it looked like liquid molten steel all over my foot..resulting in 3rd degree burns of the worst kind where it actually poured...3rd degree burns in circle of about half inch radius outside of that...intense second degree burns on rest of foot..
2.rehabbing after a car accident...had major operation(ruptured spleen)crushed pelvic bone..level 5 concussion on the glasco coma scale (sp?)...6 broken ribs...having to get up stumble around on a walker was about the worst thing ever...i was on a morphine drip but, it didnt help when i was up walking around having to hold my head up...it was a pain about 3 times worse then the worst migraine i've ever had.
3. punched a concrete pillar and fractured/broke the fuck outta my 5th metacarpal and actually chipped/shattered away like 1/8 of an inch of the bone...had to have a plate/4pins in my hand for like 6 months afterwards
there was this period of my life where i went thru series of shocks and it must've affected my organizam. i couldn shit, i was totally blocked. days passed, nothing changed, my father even kept sayin "how can u shit if u dont eat" (im pretty skinny altho i actually eat more than the ppl i know). It was so serios my stomach was hard, as if i could feet the thing that needed to be dumped. anyway after about a week... i woke up at aroun 4AM with HUUUGE pain in my stomach, i thought i was gonna die. i was thinkin my [tube in the stomach] is gonna burst and im gonna die... i was gonna wake my father to drive me to hospital, but i remembered my sister's boyfriend's mother brought some tee the other day, that tee was supposed to make u shit easier... i crawled to the kitchen with tears in my eyes boiled the water and made the tee. i drank it even tho it was pretty hot and u wouldnt believe me, in 15 minutes i dumped the shit size of a baby. There were these fucking layers of it: hard, little softer and soft. gross detail: + Show Spoiler +
while i was wiping my ass i noticed blood on the paper, so i went to hospital later that day, did some test, turned out it wasnt life threatening
That pain was soooo horrible i never wanna expeirence it again.
So one day, I was feeling a little energized so I thought I would ride by bike to the library instead of just drive there.
However, the bike has been sitting in the garage for oh 2-3 years. But I brought it out and hopped on zealously. After riding for about a mile I wanted to go faster so I started to stand up and pedal. Except when I tried to do this, one of the gears got stuck...but my momentum was too much to handle.
The end result...My crotch slammed right into the part where the horrizontal frame meets the handle bars. It was a peter griffin moment ... and I couldn't pee right for a day. The general area was sore for a few weeks after ie no masturbation during that time.
My worst pain would probally be from an accident I had when I was thirteen or so, in my (now fiances) girlfriends back yard.
I had to leave soon, and I was being silly, hiding from my girlfriend as she looked for me. I wanted to surprise her and keep running off as if I didn't hear, because I didn't want to leave yet. She has a really big yard with St. Bernards and a bunch of assorted things in it, but I'd never seen anything buried or any real trash lying around. It wasn't like a junkyard.
Anyway, I hid behind this playhouse they had, and I was inbetween that and the fence when she found me, which sparked adrenaline to run off again...Which was a mistake. I was airborne before I felt my foot trip over one side of a rusted barrel. As foul luck would have it, I landed with my left leg, just below the kneecap, on the exposed metal of the other side. What registered first wasn't pain, but a kind of overwhelming shock. I knew something bad had happened, but I had no idea the degree. I just laid on the ground, holding my leg and rolling in place, while my girlfriend got her father.
When I finally got to the hospital, they cut open my jeans to find that the impact had torn me all the way to the bone. I literally had an open gash about an inch vertically and three inches horizontally. I got shots that hurt like HELL inside of the wound, all around, to numb me for when the cleaned me/stitched me up. I got to sit up and watch them do it, which was creepy and fascinating at the same time.
And after all of that pain from those shots, I still started feeling pain from the stitching near the end. >_o
I had an ingrown toe nail and they had to drill into my toe (through my toe nail) to get it out. They would drill into my toe and when they took the drill out of my big toe, blood just kept coming out. It was so disgusting. That was not the painful part.
A few days later I got home, and kicked off my shoes, and accidently bumped my toe into my desk, and a fricken pencil landed on my toe (where the drill was)
Either that or playing soccer, and someone kicked the ball right into my pubic area, and i was in so much pain i was gasping for breath. Once I got up, i tripped, and fell back down, landing on the ball... I passed out.
Compund Fracture on my wrist. They had to set the bone back straight, it was broken in 4 places. No amound of morphine could keep me from yelling that i was gonna fucking rip the doctors head off. It hurt waaaaaay worse than when i did it too. Afterwards i apologized and he was very understanding. The best part was that the nurse offered for me to "squeeze" her hand while it was happening. I was nearly breaking the bed with my other hand and i looked her in the eye and gritted my teeth and just said no thanks ......... she got the point. yea...... that sucked.
I play goalkeeper for my club soccer team. It was a preseason friendly match and the other team got a breakaway so it ended up being a 1v1. I came out to cut off his angle and right when he pulled his leg back to take a shot I dove for the ball and pushed the ball away from his feet. His leg came down on my tibia [ shin bone ] and broke it completely in half. He then stepped on the same area from the momentum of running so fast. Before I had always been able to come back from pain [ if it wasn't the type that knocked me out ] but this time it was different. I couldn't get up at all. The feeling you get when your leg falls asleep or something went throughout my ENTIRE body. Even on my forehead. My fingers curled up in weird retarded positions and I couldn't relax them at all. I had zero control of my body. I have never broken a bone before in my life. My mom even came to me on the field and told me to quit being a baby and get up. She didn't think it was serious at all.
For the next 6 months I was on crutches and it was probably the most difficult time of my life. I'm an only child to a divorced mother so I've always depended on myself for everything. I've never felt so helpless. People gave me weird looks and always asked if I was okay. Not being able to drive was really annoying and I always felt bad around my friends. I sweat more in my entire life the first week of crutches than I have in my entire life. My shorts would always be dripping from sweat [ yeah that's gross ] and people would point at me and stuff. It was really awful. My cast was from the very top of my inner thigh down to my feet. I couldn't wash it or scratch it at all. It was ridiculous and began to smell. I only got it replaced 3 times in 6 months... When I discovered I could finally walk with the leg brace and without the crutches I felt like a person again. I could drive at least and I could not get weird looks from people.
Since then I have put my xray on the bottom of my top bunk bed. [ I sleep on the bottom ] and every night I go to bed and wake up in the morning seeing this picture:
It inspires me to think of people who are permanently disabled and to remember how different life was and how fast it can change and how people will treat you differently. I always try to help people, especially people on crutches. I'm so thankful it healed fine but I feel like my nervous system is a little messed up. I get weird sensations every now and then that are like flashbacks of my entire body going numb.

Agree. Wisdom teeth. After the drugs wore off it hurt like hell. I seriously thought at one point that the pain was so excruciating I would rather choose the sweet embrace of death.
I only had local anaesthesia and it had a tendency to quickly wear off. I got all four wisdom teeth out at the same time. It actually didn't hurt as much as I thought it would.
Stomach pains can hurt a lot more when it gets really bad.

ah man, thats sick.
anyone else who had a major injury ever get shock when it happened? when i got hit by a car n dislocated my shoulder, i sprung up right away and fucking laughed. i thought i was 100% ok even tho i just got hit at like 40mph. about 5 minutes later i lifted my hands above my head in just a kinda OMG THANK YOU GOD ROFL HOLY SHIT gesture and my arm locked up in the air. but still no pain. it didnt set in until about 20-30 minutes later gradually. by the time i got on the ambulance i was SCREAMING (potholes were horrible)
All were soccer sustained injuries. I hyper extended my knee when I was in the Nike Friendlies down in Bradenton, FL. Broke my wrist in a match when the goal keeper went to clear and hit my hand and bent it back. Pinched Nerve in my neck. Horrible experiences in soccer, but I still love it :D
Hmm, i'm had some very painful things happen to me in my short life. The worst would have to be my appendix bursting inside of me. I have a very high pain tolerance and it was enough for me to pass out from the pain.
They had to rush me to surgery right away, cause i couldn't walk or move hardly at all and it was extreme pain even if someone touched me. What followed after the surgery was more pain, but thats for another story including tubes being riped out from inside of me and having to piss with a tube up my penis.
Great times, and i have a big ass scar on my stomach to always remind me that i almost died 2 years ago .
I'll post a picuture if anyone really wants to see it but i doubt it
I don't know why it was deleted, so I'll post it again.

Initially it didn't hurt because of the shock, but the worst pain I've ever experienced was the remaining night that it happened on and the next day before I could get to the hospital to have it operated on. I couldn't lay down, I couldn't move it. I just had to sit there and feel the bones on the inside of my arm slowly move back and forth all night every time my arm even moved a small amount. I now have a metal rod and 6 screws in my arm.
The worst I can think of right now is a few years ago I used to wake up with pain in my groin and lower stomach and sometimes I couldn't help but slightly scream. On the plus side, it would really wake me up and I'd only need like 4 hours of sleep when it happened :p
Two incidents happened to me that just stand out really changed my perspective on what pain really is (I have never broken a bone, fractured, sprained, dislocated anything... my whole 16 years alive... I played BasketBall/Baseball and the worst injury was in Baseball was when the ball hit my finger when I was batting... and that didn't even hurt that much. I was in track once(for a year) and my foot twisted in this weird direction at one time while I was running in the morning, don't know if it was a sprain, but that didn't hurt as much as the two incidents listed below)
1. I was in Mexico, in some place where there were a lot of pools, and it was located in the middle of nowhere(surrounded by cactus's and Meskete trees and whatnot). Anyways, it was really sunny, and-I was like 8 years old at the time-I didn't put any sun block, and my mom thought my sister had put sunblock on me(when she obviously forgot, too). Back then I didn't really understand the effects of the sun, but after that day I noticed that when I tried drying myself with the towel IT HURT! I screamed at how bad it hurt when I ran the towel down my back. I tried taking off my shirt but that hurt also. After taking it off I looked in the mirror and saw my whole back was sunburn. My mom took me to my grandmothers house and put this cream on my back. I basically lied on my back in pain, for about a week. After that I always tell my mom to remind me to put on sunblock even when I'm just going out.
2. I was playing Basketball at my house with my cousin. He left and I felt somewhat unsatisfied at the game we just played so I was just shooting some hoops/practicing shots, and etc. It was dark and there was some lighting so I was able to play good. Well, my basketball court, the pole itself, is at the edge of the cement roadway which leads into our garage, and behind the basketball court pole is the front lawn(or side lawn, it's not even a lawn, just a bunch of weeds/oak trees). Well, anyways, the day before my dad had tied wires to the basketball pole (One thick white piece of wire and one black thin one) because the day before I dunked the ball and the court is so old is just broke from the base (it was connected into the sidewalk itself, so imagine the look on my face as I land on the ground and see the court coming straight down.... glad I dodged it). So, my dad ties those two wires to the Oak trees to the sides of the pole. Well, I shoot and it's an air ball so I run to get the ball (for fear of it landing in dog crap or getting lost since it was really dark..). Well, remember when I told you that my dad put up wires to hold up the court? Well, it didn't hit me until I realized I was on the ground, on my back. I ran through the thin, black wire, and it hit my face. I basically was close-lined by the wire and I fell straight on my back. I didn't know what happened until I hit the ground with such a force that I yelped in pain. Landing on my back kind of took my breath away. I got up and I still didn't know what happened. I go inside and look in the mirror and see these bloody marks on the sides of my mouths, and that my tongue is torn and my bottom lip is sliced in half. Also, my teeth were pushed back. I still didn't feel any pain, at all, whatsoever, until my whole face swelled up. Then, that's when the indescribable pain commenced. If I moved my mouth at all, it would hurt. Just breathing hurt. Everything on my face hurt. I couldn't eat because it felt as if my tongue stopped working and my mouth was numb. Worse experience ever.
1. I managed to rip up my tongue pretty good somehow. I think I burned it. Anyhow, the entire front part of my tongue looked like string cheese. It had all of these tiny little discolored(they were whitish) pieces hanging out. It constantly hurt, and itched. So, after a few days of going through this, I took a pair of tweezers and ripped all the pieces off. It hurt a little, and I bled a bit, but it was much better than before.
2. This was more recent. I bet my friend that the Chicago Bears would lose their first play off game. The stakes: The loser had to masturbate with Tabasco as lubricant. It feels fine at first, and is actually nice and cool, but near the end, everything changes. It hurt, a lot. I figured I'd jump in the shower, and maybe I'd get some relieve there. Well, with the first hot blast of water, I almost keeled over in pain. Lasted for a good two hours.
after a high alcohol night, i woke up at 9 and starting to feel terrible. Went to bathroom cause I was gonna shit myself. When i began, my pressure went down like shit, And i Couldnt run to my bed cause i was shitting so fucking hard !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to wait there and suffer like a mother fucker. Then When i reached my bed........ JESUS THAT WAS HEAVEN!!!
I skiied into a telephone pole. The only thing I thought was oh shit oh shit, plz leg don't be broken. So I tentatively tried to move it.. and it moved and it didn't hurt that much, my entire upper leg was numb. I was dazed for a minute or two then got up and skiied to the bottom of the hill on my good leg. I thought I was good but I had trouble breathing and almost passed out, so my friends dragged me to a nearby aid station where I got oxygen. Somehow nothing was broken, though I had the largest bruise I've ever seen, about the size of a grapefruit on my hip and lower down on my femur. I still have a slight skin discoloration there and the odd ache.
Thinking back it wasn't very painful, but I'll never forget the my first feeble attempt at moving my leg to make sure it wasn't broke, very scary.
Pinched nerve in my back not too long ago. Couldnt move for 3 days stuck in my bed on painkillers became sick my mom had to call an ambulance to bring me to the hospital because i couldnt move and i couldnt bear the pain anymore
I got my fingers jammed in a door once. On the side where the hinges are. I was watching people play soccer and just casually rested my hand there, so when someone came from the locker room and opened the door fully my fingers got mashed!:p
Wow, just reading this thread makes me want to duct tape pillows all over my body and slide around the house on my butt. But it's still strangely addictive...
Regarding the person who mentioned going into shock... well I guess I might have had that when I broke my wrist (it's described earlier in the thread). I got undercut playing basketball and landed on my hand... it felt like it was just a little bit sprained (one of those things you can play through), so I started to try to get up and then I heard someone say "ohh my god" and I thought... hmm better look at it....then I saw that something about my arm didn't look right. Anyway, I guess the reason I might have been in shock was it took me awhile to eventually decide if the shape of my arm was normal or not (it really was pretty obvious that it was broken to everyone else, but I just couldn't make up my mind...kept going back and forth in my head....I think I eventually decided that it was a serious injury more from everyone else telling me "don't fucking get up, we're calling the medics").
So I guess in that situation maybe that was shock. Sounds like a lot of other stories here have the same types of things happening.
writhing gut pain, swallow a bit of saliva over 30 minutes. pain increases as more of your own fluids fill (sure cant eat/drink anything.) violently puke that tiny bit of your own mouth juices, pain goes down a bit but quickly builds up again.
my butthole went raw from pooping in the first few hours too, it broke rectal skin like a dried up mouth sore.
seriously, wash your hands as often as possible. i had to go to the hostipal for this and it was the worst thing ever. the gut pain is sooo awful.
anyone notice pain is only really bad when you don't know what is happening to you? If you know its starting to feel better or you know how long it will last you can stand it for that peroid of time (unless it is depressingly long.) when I had norwalk I thought I was done for a while, when I lost my vision i had my mother drive me to the emergancy room.
When I was young my best friend made a "club" with another friend of ours that met on the roof of the neighbors garage which was just a little bit higher than my freind's back yard, but with a little alley between them. Of course, I had to be in the club. One of the initiation tasks was pushing out from the roof and swinging across it hanging from a rope that was tied to a big tree above it. I pushed off hard to prove I was worthy, and when I got to the height of my swing, the rope broke. I lended flat on my back in the alley. I clearly remember thinking I was dead. Now I look back and think I probably just got the wind knocked out of me hard and blacked out a little, but it was the weirdest feeling, like I was transcending.
As far as real pain, wisdom teeth. I hate to admit that. So lame, but it truly even beat out tearing my ACL and spraining my ankle. Those just feel safer than having your mouth explode.
1. Being kicked in the testicles by a girl who was wearing steel-toed boots in the middle of a food court at a mall. I fell to the ground and I could not move because I was in so much pain. My friend, embarassed, began to kick me repeatedly in the side. Fun times!
2. Leg cramps. I have fairly large leg muscles and the pain is so incredible I often just writhe and agonize until it goes away.
hm... when I was 6 I had this surgery where they cut out the skin that cover the head of your penis, the name in portuguese is "Fimose" (maybe latin is Fimosis lol).. anyway
I had this surgery, and came home in the same day with a "ring" surrounding my dick (it would 'release' itself in 2 weeks or something). I had the brilliant idea of riding a bike, and then I did it with a friend for like 20min or 30min. Then I felt some pain and decided to go home.
That was the worst night ever. Sick pain for like many hours until I finally slept.
btw. I pray to god I won't have kidney stones, PLZ GOD, PLZ.
Exposed nerve in my tooth was agony. The pain started on a friday night meaning I had to endure a weekend of pain and wait for the dentist to open on monday.

Next time, just take some oxy's and sleep until Monday.
Either that, or grow some balls.
Or, if you really wanna be a man, do what Tom Hanks did and knock it out with an ice-skate.
Muscle rupture in my left leg (above knee). The rupture was about 2 cm wide and 30 cm long. It has happened while playing football. At first it didn`t hurt as much while muscle was still warm, but when I sat down to rest oh God. The pain was so hard, I could hardly walk. My leg got swollen. The next day I went to doctor and he said you just pushed it too hard. And they just semi immobilized my leg anyways. I came again few days later. I couldn`t do anything with that leg, and the doctor (not the same one as the first one) could feel under his fingers that something is wrong.
They rushed me on ultrasound where they have discovered the big rupture. There were also many big hematomas, I can`t remember size, but I have all diagnostic papers and pictures somewhere. The doctor that did ultrasound said I am one of the worst cases he has ever seen . He had prescribed some kind of creme I had to apply few times daily because of hematomas. Doctor also said if i will not be better next time i will have to go to surgery. Fortunately, the next time I did show some kind of progress, so the surgery never happened.
That was the worst pain I have ever felt. It is so hard to describe, you can`t even imagine how hard it hurts That has been very traumatic experience for me. It took about 6 months for me to recover , I had to go through all kind of therapy and shit. And all that time i was not at college

That was pretty terrible too.
what about choo guyz?
i had that before.... i had it like for an hour or w/e god...it was like hell though - o - ;;;;
I hate getting leg cramps My gf in the middle of sex once had a leg cramp. I didn't know what to do, so i pulled out and left the room untill she said it was ok to come back in. As my punishment for just leaving her, ihad to sit there with no sex for the rest of the night.

I get those cramps too. The yawning ones too baal. I've mastered the art of sensing them the exact milisecond they are coming on and then jumping out of bed and walking around, because you never get them when your leg is active. One time I moved my bed in front of my computer to watch a movie I downloaded and that night I got a cramp and rolled out of bad and into my balcony door T_T

Used to get those all the time when I ran xc & track i nhigh school & didnt stay hydrated enough. Same as u BJ, would be able to tell about 10 seconds before it was gonna start hurting horribly and be able to prevent it.
Worst pain for me was falling on ceramic tile when i was wasted and knocking out my entire top row of teeth. But, that wasnt the painful part per say, it was the getting them fixed at the dentist part the next day that was horrendous.
On January 25 2007 01:39 baal wrote: wow lots of pussies here :<
ive got those cramps like 4 times... damn they really hurt, and i walk funny for the next 5 days.
Anyone else has felt that pain when u open your mouth too much when you Yawn? omfg i feel like a needle goes right through my face.
Hahaha, calling us pussies, but you're the one who's whining about the pain from yawning. wtf?
What, are you surprised that baal is being a hypocrit?
Worst pain I have ever felt is probably tearing my rotator cuff in a football game and playing anyways (bad idea). Or getting hit in the face with a tree log and having my toothe go through my lip.

lol i rubbed icy hot on my asshole as well as inside the tip of my dick
I never broke anything, but the cramps you talk about i have them sometimes when i lay down in bed and relax my muscles.. It's horrible and lasts for about 10 minutes.
You feel like there are 9 positions you can put your feet in and it hurts like hell, and just 1 out of 10 positions feels normal. But you can't find that normal position
True pain is when you fall on your back, and can't breathe for moment. Trust me it sucks so bad
Man, some of you guys have had some fucking horrendous injuries *cringe* >_< Anyways I dont have near as much as some other people but lets see:
When my parents lived in spain when I was younger I was maybe 8 years old...We went to the beach and anyways there was an ice cream stand there so me and my mom walk up there to get it, anyways for some retarded reason i started walking backwards trying to do the moonwalk (that was the rage back then..) and yeah apparently i feel back, sliced my foot open on the wood, or a nail sticking out landed all the way at the bottom PAST their stairs and on the sand...I dont even realize what happened cept my dad came running lol.
Fast forward a bit i see my dad trying to rinse my foot in our shower.....ton of blood is pouring out my foot, so he has to take me to the hospital. Anyways long story short I got 7 stiches in my foot. They had to probe around the cut too to look for glass and shit...oh god that was horrible. Pretty shitty summer that was lol, was bedridden for like 2-3 weeks.
Eh I had my wisdom teeth taken out, wasnt so bad, I had an I.V so I was knocked out while they did it...bad part was the first night waking up, terrible pain, lots of bleeding, the painkillers they gave me, made me sick as hell(Vicodin). Healed up good though, im lucky that my mouth didnt swell up like normal people :p
