Ok, here's why I think it's should be decriminalized and not legalized. Either way, no ones going to jail. But, you're right, from a consumer's point of view, we want it to be legal, but looking at it from a dealer's point of view ( no, im not a dealer ), I don't want it to become legal, that means, if it does, the government would probably limit the amount of weed you can sell, limit the amt of profit you can make, and of course, pay taxes. If a dealer has to pay taxes, maybe US - consumers - would have to spend more money for less so that the dealer can cover the amt of money going to taxes.
