Depending on your BMI you could just wait it out. Even in the largest people it only takes about a month to show up clean. Skinny people could probably pass it in less then 2 weeks. Giving yourself 24 hours probably wasn't the best idea, unless you want to play James Bond and sneak something inside.

Sneaking something inside... I've tied a urine pouch to my leg before and then tied the tube leading from it to my penis Gattaca style, and it worked for a job test once. I think the US government will be more rigorous though so I want to just get it out of my system. I have a pretty low BMI so I should be okay, I am assuming that exercise helps skinny people faster than fat people. My friend that told me this (and used to be a dealer, and I find him trustworthy, IRONY LOL) is like 5'8 250 pounds. I am 5'11 145 pounds. Should be fine in that sense.
