but yeah when you've got a really reliable source (i.e. you know the grower, or you live in an area where you can obtain it in a store setting) the strains will definitely be recognizable. | ||

I was burning a bowl in out my backdoor, I take 2 hits from it then use nail to flip over my nug. now next time i blaze it the toke is incredibly hot and when i stop burning it i hear like 12 short "tssk-ka-puff's." I take another hit and i hear fewer and as i watch the bowl they continued for 30 seconds. I finished smoking it and the tssk-ka-puff's didn't stop. I use that nail to flip my bowls often and this has never happened before. First time i've smoke this batch of weed i have out of a pipe, though. Perhaps there is something about to weed, but its been great in joints/lungs. pretty weird, I really want to know what happened. edit: i wasn't using a screen and packed it pretty loose. perhaps the greater airflow just made for quick combustion? I also had a nice breeze coming off the door. | ||

can't recall it ever happening with a bowl, but i've seen joints and blunts pop. edit: and are you sure it wasn't a seed? | ||

Shake the shit out of it for like 5-10 minutes then repeatedly rinse it with water for another 5-10 minutes. Dunno about plastic but it worked like a charm on my glass, I assume it is just as effective. Ive had a bowl spark before too it was really weird. I think it may have been either something on the wall of my pipe bowl or a shell casing from a seed cuz I dont think there were any seeds in the bowl, I mean hell Ive seen my fair share of seeds but I dont smoke em lol. | ||
