Yeah no.. People claiming the cause for them being racist is that they're being pushed into it by groups and individuals who are quick to judge everything as racist is quite laughable. That's just shifting the blame, trying to justify bigotry.
You should probably look into why people are and why they become racist. That argument is something I'd expect to see in the Huffington Post or on 4chan, come on now.

It seems to me that Dove are actually going out of their way to incorporate a diverse set of ethnicities in their advertisements, and that that is the primary reason why they occasionally can be interpreted badly.
I think in this case many of the criticisms being made of Dove with respect to the advertisement are off-base - potentially the ad should be replaced but I don't think there is a viable argument that Dove actually intended any racial message besides "you're beautiful no matter what the colour of your skin is".
That being said I also don't think that the mistake being made by these people wanting to boycott Dove or whatever justifies the existence of other material which is in fact motivated by racism.
edit: (and as a corollary,) Nor do I think that the fact that mistakes are sometimes made means that the entire group of "people who call things racist" should be condemned.

If only they had followed the guidelines set out by intersectionality and critical theory. Those naive fools at Dove would never be in this mess! They really should follow the proper format of the oppression stack.

Here's a test for testie; do you need critical theory to understand that soap ads like this are racist and readily comparable with the Dove ad in question?

Under the assumption that you are in no way in control over Dove, I believe it's not up to you to tell them what "should be" done either, else you are just mirroring the behaviour of the people you call crybabies, trying to claim some moral high ground for yourself.

I'm not telling Dove what to do. I'm expressing an opinion. Yes, crybabies have their opinion too. I don't agree with it but they have an opinion.

You gave a pretty strong opinion that is directly opposed to that of the company, which called the advertisment a mistake. You're doing exactly what you critizise others for, taking a moral high ground over them and even the legal owners/producers opinion, by voicing how things "should be".

Nope, it's my opinion and it's not loud. You need to go read more about freedom of speech. There's not more to discuss here with you whether you like it or not. I won't change my opinion because some of you feel the need to be funny.

The big problem i have with this whole thing is that to dove, it might as well say "Better don't put people of colour in your ads". Because if all the people in the ad had been white, no one would have cared at all.

Freedom of speech isn't limited to an action against the government. It's also the right to express your opinion online. Anyway, enough with offtopic. I'm not going to write more comments about this issue because I don't think it's necessary.

That's the problem. "But there are no ethnicities in this ad! It's racist!" Ad has people of different background, then this sort of shit happens. You can't please everyone.
