Set it at 4200 at night now, the default was way to orange for me. Thx, forgot about this. Edit: Is there any way to apply this also to my 2nd monitor? Just wanted to report back for all they people saying that they hate it: After now 4 days(rather nights) of using this i´ve gone down from 4200 to now 3400 and find myself even considering to expand the rate to go even further down into orange. You get so used to it that i really find 4200 blinding bright now, while at first that was the maximum i could bare. TL;DR: Awesome, TRY IT at least for a couple of days. And use slow mode. P.S. I guess there´s no way to use this on my 2nd monitor as well?

It may be different if you have one monitor each on two video cards (not in xfire/sli). Hm, no, i only have one card... Maybe it´s because i´m using Ultramon to have a taskbar on my 2nd? Going to take a look once more. Edit: Still clueless, F.A.Q. page didn´t say anything about 2nd monitors at all... R1CH, HALP please. Any ideas are very appreciated.

It's possible it conflicts with ultramon, have you tried disabling ultramon just once to see if that's the reason ? maybe if you're not allergic to the command line you could try and see if redshift works better (quite unlikely on windows since they seem to use the same method to apply color change though)

Could it be because of the adapter?

edit: If your tint looks too yellow/manila, go into the options and adjust it how you like. It changes at different times throughout the day.

The only alternative I know of would be redshift (which I talked about a bit earlier) Then, using a combination of cron jobs (scheduled tasks if you're on windows) and the use of the -O parameter (oneshot, meaning "put it at this temp and don't do anything afterwards") it should work pretty well I don't think f.lux features a CLI on windows so you probably do such a thing with f.lux on windows

When I first opened that link it had a warning sign which said it doesnt support iOS 7 and that it would make your screen have weird colors. That warning sign is not there anymore. This makes me happy.

Also when I press "more from this developer" nothing happens and my request just times out. Does anyone else have this problem? Am I missing something? I want this so bad on my iphone, help please :/ EDIT: I am a jailbreaking noob. Apparently you need to add justgetflux.com/cydia to your Sources in Cydia so you can search for the app properly. I think I got it working now hooray.

Also, I realized that if you use HDMI-out on your PC(like I do to watch movies on my big TV), you should turn off F.Lux or it will mess with the colors ![]() awesome program otherwise, my eyes have never felt better!
