Ham or Turkey Swiss Cheese All the vegetables Vinegar I don't care for Subway, I just go for a healthier alternative to other fast food. I think the Tuna and Meatball subs are pretty good but they are the most calorie dense too  | ||

So i will share with our community the most famous of portuguese sandwiches: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Francesinha Francesinha is a instant heart attack since it's bread with sausage, fried or grilled beef, cheese, ham (depending off the place might have more stuff) all under tons of a tomato and beer sauce! I eat of these per year since it's not a tradition of Lisbon, even tho you can eat it here, the better ones are from Porto! I prefer sandwiches "light" with veggies, cheese etc.. | ||

Oven roasted chicken breast (the most meat for your money by a LONG shot) Pepperjack Toasted Lettuce Spinach Onions Banana peppers A few green peppers Salt/pepper Oil/vinegar Might be forgetting a topping. The jalapenos there are mega sketch so I don't mess with em. JJ Gargantuan no mayo, no tomato is better by orders of magnitude though, plus you can get one in like 3 seconds as opposed to waiting the eternity subway seems to take. The Vito no mayo, no tomato is pretty good too, as it the Hunters Club no mayo, no tomato. 1/4lb of roast beef is pretty hard to beat. | ||
