Brilliant, brilliant thread. Actually touching and somehow very fun to read. Quite possibly the best ever TL thread, though maybe not quite as helpful as bigball's advise on Protoss strategy
Maybe when my travels in Europe go wrong (starting in late april after warming up with some other travelling), I can contribute something like this, though hopefully not asking for money.
Armed only with my average looks, £500 and the ability to play + sing an hour-long set on my 3/4 size acoustic guitar, I hope to have an epic journey. Though I struggle to see how it can turn out as fascinating as user11's.

an update :
i went out with a guy i met on tl.net his name is Jelmer. he bought me some beers and a huge burger. then bought some food out of a wall. FEBO.. lol north american should really get this. put 1 euro in . get hot food out.
later this week I PLAN on meeting up with passion. but are schedules conflict. even though i dont really have one.

would just like to say thanks guys . i didnt know my story could have such an impact. even though im leaving out tons of details.
maybe i should write a book when i get back home  a short story novel or something hehe.
tomorrow im going to church with the girl im stayen with. im not usally a church goer. but i use to when i was younger and thought id give a dutch church a chance hehe. they have translation headphones.
after that i plan on going to see some old school wind mills. then going to harass british airways again. they called me today and asked if jan 15th was acceptable. i said no and annoyed them some more. im 100% sure i an get a flight some time this week. before or after x-mas . hopefully before
another funny detail i can add to my journy , this morning i was washing my england soccer jersey i bought for 8 pound at lilly whites in the UK on the back of it . theres black felt writing saying DIE UK. smell letters. lol i dont recall that happening. iv wore that shirt out in alot of countries. maybe got 2 drunk one night. hmm .. i just thought that was funny hehe. even though my jersey is ruined. or maybe bleech
