I bet that's exactly what goes through Iranians minds when they go to the polls.

Why would anyone in america give a shit what the world thinks about the presidential election? because if you want to make trade deals with other countries, and get them to join with your wars, you need to avoid offending them for at least 10 minutes at a time.
No we don't

The sincerity in Obama's eyes really got to me right there.

Facts in town hall formats are peculiar things.

I think people in France would think twice if 90% of the world thought a candidate was shit.

Well it's a trap question. Security recommendations are pretty much done all year 'round for every military instillation or where American personal are stationed and they could always "use more." Obviously after a tragedy it looks bad, but it is what it is. We could always spend more on security, but we don't.

Just keep talking, don't worry about the rules so much. I'm telling ya, he has privileged entitled white guy syndrome -- "Everyone has to follow the rules except me". It's not evil, but it's his Achilles heel. Oh so it's just white people that have that syndrome? Nice racism.
No. Tons of Chinese people have Entitled White Guy Syndrome too.

Romney's answer sounds very rehearsed and pre-packaged, but it's going to land hard.

Romney missed his chance to hit this head on, he sounds circumspect and odd.

I think this goes for most western countries honestly. And I think the US is the only country to have such a candidate, without a doubt to have such a candidate with such exposure.
Edit: On a sidenote I think the moderator is doing so much better than the last two moderators, even if the format itself is rather sketchy.

Amazing instead of pouncing Obama he goes on the Obama apology tour.

^^ This.
It's more of a "I was born into money and think I'm better than anyone else". Every HK'er I've met has been like that. Same with the white dudes I've met who has came out of Connecticut.

Why would anyone in america give a shit what the world thinks about the presidential election? this attitude is what i hate most about america
What you hate most about america is that people should vote on the issues they believe in and not what europe thinks? That's kinda weird.

Well he did just lie and say we didn't know it was a militant attack and thought it was a peaceful protest. I literally learned this within 5 hours of the attacks, and I'm hardly a State Department employee.
