So it's safe to say "swing voters" make up anywhere from 10-20%. | ||

There's been a lot of commentary on how few undecided "likely" voters there are this year. Assuming no major outside event, the first debate will likely decide this thing. | ||

Keep in mind that people who describe themselves as Independent but leaning R or leaning D, in practice, vote almost exactly the same way that people who describe themselves as Republican or Democratic do.
