A. it's visvim B. (very) few companies make the same outstanding quality of backpack C. it drapes nicely whilst providing good support - aka the few things in life that give form and function D. all of the materials are specially made - cordura nylon - some models have hand-dyed leather, others have suede - RIRI zippers, supposedly anecdotally better than ykk zippers (smoother zip, zipper itself withstands 160 lbs etc) also I think if you browse rakuten on a regular basis you can get one for 550ish excluding shipping wasn't there a guy in Japan that posts off-and-on in this thread? maybe he can proxy one for you, I've heard they're less expensive domestically. ![]() Took a few moments getting used to, they are so light weight that it feels really weird walking in for the first few hours. They feel really good though. This brand (Giorgio/diCapolavori) was a little experiment and if the next pair of shoes I get from Giorgio's is as good you can call me a fan. After two years of doing with the same two suits and just switching up ties and shirts I decided to go crazy (for my doing) when I saw this insane deal of "when you get 3 items or more, everything is 50% off" in my favorite men's clothing story. Grabbed these two suits, one Huge Boss which is my fav brand due to the fact that they always fit me like a glove at the shoulders, and I tried to go with something different for a change and grabbed the Armani which somehow fit me (they usually never do). A new belt, two shirts and a new tie to go along with them. Armani very very very dark blue left, Hugo Boss Washington blue stripe right ![]() Should prove a fine addition to my current Hugo Boss steel grey (with red inside pannelling cause I loved it) super fine square pattern, and Huge Boss chalk grey dark green pinstripe ones. Sadly the steel grey one has to go. Going to donate it to my nephew cause its gonna wear through soon if I keep using it several days a week and he's just gonna use it for special occasions. Should last him a year or two. Costs something, but then you have something. Owning a good suit is a really good investment in my opinion.

For anything under $600, Suit Supply just can't be beaten. Get their Napoli line.

Get their Napoli line. ive heard a lot of good things but im not sure how much i want to risk not being able to fit it in person or have a person familiar with the line measure me. i guess i can think about going to their chicago store when im back in college. it'd time out well, i'd be back just as their f/w fabrics are coming back. but still. strangely enough im happy with a RTW for my first not awful suit. i have a pair of desert boots. they dont really work with a lot of slimmer pants because not having the top covered looks bad i think as for sewing, depends what kind of sewing you want to do. hemming a pant or taking in a leg or something isn't too hard but i wouldn't try to go near suit alterations

If your credit card can handle, you can order a few sizes just to test things out. I personally don't own any SS suits yet, but I have two Brooks Brother Milano Fit Suits. I'm actually planning to visit SS's Amsterdam flagship store when I go travel later this year. I really really want to try their stuff ;/

Not saying their MTM is not good, but their MTM starts at $899. Here's something for you to read. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703385404576258671135584478.html http://dappered.com/2013/04/in-person-the-entire-suitsupply-experience/

Owning a good suit is a really good investment in my opinion I really like the Hugo Boss Washington blue stripe suit and the shoes are pretty fun as well, not often you see green shoes. But im very interested in why you went for the Armani suit? I'm not really into this "modern" really short jacket style, imo it looks very feminine and the person wearing appears to have bought a size or two too small.
