I'm disappointed by the lack of Sandman. I mean your heroes are nice and all but this guy CREATED them, all of them and all the gods with them.
He isn't even a person technically, you can't even harm him and even if by some magic you were able to, that's still just a single facet of him. He ain't call an Endless for nothing.

Some of the Marvel heroes are so OP holy shit.

My favorite is Wolverine.
As for the best I dunno, there seem to be a bunch of superheroes who can warp reality. If you can recreate the entire universe with a single thought you're pretty much unbeatable.

In the marvel comics there's a guy named Legion; in his mind he's got thousands of different personalities, and each one of them have a super power. So basically he's like bulrog, he has lots and lots of powers. Just name one, he has it.

Most powerful? Bah, it's a useless discussion. It's sort of like comparing Sci-fi ships to see which one's weapons have the most 0s in their energy output. Anyone can make the most powerful superhero, dumb argument.

The best super hero? Good argument.

The best super hero without a doubt is Zero from the Megaman X and Megaman Z series. Megaman X was built by Dr Light to wake up 100 years later and create a world where sentient robots, known as reploids, and humans lived together in harmony. Zero was created by Wily to destroy that dream. Instead Zero basically said #@$# no and wound up becoming X's best friend and partner. Ironically it was ultimately Zero that brought peace to humans and reploids.
