Uub and Gohan are not stronger than Goku when Goku is SS4. Uub was about Goku's strength when he wasnt a super saiyan, and Gohan can only go to SS2.
Overall Goku is just a tank

Arguably true but the GT arc I think messed up the story. Remember in the Z Saga, upon learning how to use the Z Sword Gohan had to renounce being a super saiyan or having that ability in order to defeat Buu. However in GT, he could.
Also, if we go by Z logic, Brolly is the "real" super saiyan of lore/legends and not Goku. Goku just proves the point that all saiyans can be super saiyan. However, there is this new manga I stumbled upon wherein Bardock was actually the first super saiyan after he got thrown in the past and was the beginning of the whole super saiyan legend with yellow hair. (It's in onemanga).
And if we go by GT logic, Goku ends up being the Dragon God and thus becomes the most powerful being the whole Dragon Ball Universe living beyond the years of Gohan, Goten or even Pan.

Favorite would have to be Gambit, he's just really cool in my opinion.
For strongest, I'll say that the most *potentially* powerful would be Rogue, since she could just steal powers from the strongest and be done with it. That being said, the one with the most inherent power would probably have to be Jean Grey in her Dark Phoenix form. I guess the argument could definitely be made that she was more of a villain with those enhanced powers, though.

Coolest: Suitengu from Speed Grapher, Readman from Read or Die, Simon (TTGL), Shichika (Bakemonogatari), Mugen (Samurai Champloo)... So many others. Just to keep up with the western comics, Spiderman or Batman too.
Strongest: Haruhi (she just doesn't know she can recreate the universe), Lelouch (looks Superman in the eye and tells him to kill himself), Azuma Kazuma (from Yakitate Japan... Who would want to kill the possessor of the Solar Hands, baker of heaven's bread?)

I don't think the Rogue argument is true, since she can only steal mutant powers. If you put her up against Superman, for instance, he would just laugh. Or anyone who has powers that don't let her touch them.

It all depends how we define superhero. If a superhero is anything from comic books, then I'd go with Eternity, Infinity, Galactus, Celestials, Beyonder, etc. If we're talking humans in tights, probly The Flash.

The favourite is of course Batman, no question about that.
The strongest is either Plastic Man, or Doc Manhattan. He can just turn every atom in Superman's body into copper, and send it to different parts of the universe, before Supes could raise his arm.
