I would travel to the point where the winner to the competition was announced, then back in time to post the winning entry. At least this way I am guaranteed to win.

I would look up the winning lotto numbers and travel back a few days, take a big loan and bet everything on that number and live the rest of my life in riches. It would be nice to travel far back, but since starcraft wasn't invented and the technology sucked AND you don't know if you can take yourself back to current time. I don't think that would be very fun. Also if I only travel back a few days. I will anyway not prevent myself from being born

I can't think of a "fun" reason to go back in time for , so if I would have the power to do so once , I would probably try to go back and stop some type of injustice which happened and no one did anything to stop or such :-)

I would travel to the time of the Romans and enroll in the gladiators arena.
When asked what weapon i wanted before i died, I would ask only for a short dagger.
Upon entering, i would size my opponent up, allow him to get close, then show him the light on my keychain. as he was bewitched by my small glowing orb containing all that ever was or will be, i would gut him with my dagger. My accomplishments would be LEGENDARY.

I'd travel back to either the Islamic era or the Classical Greek one, either of which would be fine in order to speak and learn about new cultures, discover new things in both history and mathematics, as well as just experience the lives of those people since they fascinate me, and I'm only 17 so life experience might be a little lacking from me anyway.

I have seen way too much science fiction to go and try to interfere with any major historic events. Actually, i would probably avoid them completely just to avoid to get emotionally involved especially since "major historic event" usually involves a lot of people dying, but changing them is still way to risky. So, after having decided that trying to change the past is probably not a smart idea, that leaves only either past tourism, or going to the future.

I am really torn between getting a sneak peak at the future, and seeing dinosaurs. Historical tourism probably just sets you up for a disappointment, because we see these historic persons as pretty superhuman, while they probably only are pretty stinky guys who made some good decisions.

I assume that i only get one visit somewhere. And while dinosaurs are neat, i would probably choose the future, just because i can still profit from having been to the future for the rest of my life (unless i notice that it sucks, which would be pretty bad, and launch me into the whole usual Terminator problem.) But if it sucks, that would still be pretty useful information to know. And if it doesn't, i get to steal futuretech and become filthy rich here. Not to mention that if the future is cooler i could stay there, while i probably would not want to stay somewhere full of dinosaurs. So my choice would be about 100 years in the future. I can not go into more detail regarding what i would do then, because it depends on what i happen to find.

I would go back in time 10 years and give advice to the 12-year old me. On how to focus on the important, how to better manage social situations and stand up for yourself, and to timetravel into a nicer place instead when that time comes. And some sports info to make good bets and win with.

I would go back in time to 1998 and move to South Korea. Imagine reliving the rise of the greatest eSports scene in the world. Imagine being able to attend every single one of those amazing games and finals, in person. Imagine watching Boxer bunker rush Yellow thrice, imagine watching Saviour vs Nada OSL finals, Imagine watching Bisu crush Saviour 3-0 in the MSL finals. Watching those amazing games in person, watching eSports on stages as big as the largest sports events, that would be amazing.

Alternatively, I would go back to the 1700s just for one reason: I would be able to attend the premieres of the works of Mozart, with the man himself attending. That would be amazing.

Or, I would go back and shoot Mao right before he took the initiative for The Great Leap Forward, also known as the worst governmental decision ever made, causing hunger and cannibalism on a scale unheard of for the last century.

I would travel back in time to cure Mozart. He died at only 35, halfway through writing his Requiem, in my opinion, the greatest musical work of all time. Though his work was later finished by his prodigé Sussmeyer, we will never truly know how Mozart would have completed this most hauntingly gorgeous work.

I would first time-travel to Korea, a week ago. I would find oGs.TheWind and get that red plastic hammer of his he showed on Project A just today.

I would then time-travel to MLG Columbus 2011 just before a certain game.

And just before IdrA GGs vs MMA, I would SMACK HIM with that plastic hammer to teach him not to GG too early.

Only you can prevent early GGs, guys. Only you.

I would go back in time to time to a ancient greek times and take part in battle standing side by side with 300 Spartans and die proudly and know i will be remembered for the rest of time.

But what would really happen it's that i would chicken out and come back to my daily job :D
