I was at GamesCom. I'd say 90% were pretty "normal" people. Many many good looking guys and i was quite amazed by how much beautiful girls there were. Oh and im in pretty good shape too.. I guess they just picked the ones they needed for their story.. TV smells bad and has no time to make good broadcasts  | ||

All kinds of accusations have been thrown towards gamers. I mean what we can do is just.... show them wrong. Show that the smelly awkward people are not the majority and that gaming is a legitimate hobby that an adult can do. However I don't think being all up in arms will help dissipate all those preconceptions about gamers. Its like when Roger Ebert said that games can't be art(his opinion although I dont agree) and inmediatly tons of childish whiny gamers made a crapstorm about it, I don't think that kind of stuff helps paint gamers in a positive light. My point being is that we should just ignore this kind of crap and just do our best to show people that gamers can be succesful people with balanced lifes who like playing games. | ||
