Ok, you are from Austria, obviously the Nazi won't too hard on you guys during the war since you were all german. Anyway, i don't expect you to understand or comphrehend why many asian nations still hold grudges against Japan. Personally, i think there were allot of bullshit associated with it but attitude and recent actions by Japan doesn't help the matter either.

As said before, Germans recognize what they did was wrong, and made formal apologies. The Japanese aren't even teaching it in their textbooks now, much less issuing any apologies. Personally I don't hold anything against the Japanese people or anything, its in the past, but it sure as hell would be nice to get some type of apology. They could at least acknowledge they did that kinda stuff in their textbooks. So according to your logic, taking even more land and slaughtering even more people would suddenly make it okay?

Trying to convince Chinese that they should get along with Japan is like trying to convince a cat to take a bath.

Personally, as a Korean, I have nothing against Japanese people as a whole. However, the fact that there are even ANY Japanese denying this part of history pisses me off.
