Keep it civil guys. Alright I am sick of warning people: Trolling, flame baiting, and derailing will result in insta bans. The same goes for conspiracy theorists and stupidity generally. Confirmation was as follows - On-site DNA test which came back as 99% positive. - photos of face sent to CIA and confirmed with photo analysis - confirmed by 20 year old wife who live in pakistan. This thread is specifically dedicated to the details surrounding the raid/his death.

What was it, close to a million deaths so far on their side, or is that Iraq/Afghanistan combined? You could argue Vietnam considering we had no place to be there etc. Those are the 2 wars i think we should have never gotten into. But you cannot change the past. Iraq was a stupid war

Iraq was a stupid war So you ask me to give you an arbitrary number of wars that we caused or unneedingly went into that caused massive civilian deaths on their side, I provide it, and the best you give me is "Well, the past is the past. Can't change anything. Too bad you didn't meet my arbitrary standards" sigh

It's believed that Zawahiri has been the operational commander of AQ for a while now, with Bin Laden being the symbolic figurehead. Whether that is true or not I doubt any of us will know but, regardless, this is a big day for America. This is what we set out to do 10 years ago and we finally managed to catch up to him.
