Hard core (or mix, i forget which is faster), techno (is usually faster with more bassy music), etc.... tons on DI.fm you'll find faster... but Trance is usually up there in BPM (130-140 is optimal range)
trance is that perfect blend of energy, soothing, airy-feeling, and speed.... you literally can't go wrong listening to it...
edit: what i usually do is open up a song (usually another trance song) in iTunes, mute it, and turn on the visualizer full screen... DA BEST!

Not really no, trance is on the lower end of the scale with all the more hard genres being above 200 like gabber, speedcore, hardcore etc..
Trance is very casual and dance friendly though since it's in that sweetspot for dancing.

Apparently I was pretty off by a wide merge. Although I haven't really heard any of the hard genres myself, hence the reason I thought the way I thought, I guess. Ah well, hopefully Dash Berlin picks it up a bit.

I agree, but I actually prefer club gigs, instead of big festivals.

Someone was streaming the event from the iPhone a little while back and the crowd looked amazing.

on the website www.arminonly.net , they have the tracklist (updated each song) and a picture at the top for each event (timetable)...
now... if you'll notice, i've updated the OP (under line-up) with each pic (because yes, they follow similar naming convention)
so i just changed the name and found the time table for Den Bosch, Netherlands... pretty crazy!!

Awesome... Love the effort you're putting into the Op. Can't wait for Den Bosch next week. Although sucks that we can't hear every artist. Also it seems like that booked all the top trance DJ's for Den Bosch. Love it!
