SpaceX is innovation, cutting-edge focus, one of the leaders for technological advances and missions as well. They have the ability to do the technological tests and run enormous missions at the same time (would it be richness and power). We are in the era when the finest cutting edge technology is mature enough to be bald with missions. Numerous tests, engineering refinements and tests again, all the precautions to eliminate any failure. The projects are confident enough to state the timelines and costs. There are too many uncertainties for the plans to be very precise. There is uncertainty on any new uncertainties to come across even. The orbit is already overloaded, I believe in the nearest future no manned flight for no money will go to space. Manned flight are needed as far as technology is tested (e. g. Autopilot performed), PR is made (e.g. Mr. Shatner in space) and physiological and psychological edges of the human body are tested. Colonization? After 1000 years with the pace as it goes now.

17 countries are Member States of the European Space Agency (ESA): Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. One of the features of space exploration challenging missions is its complexity: equipment design/production and assembly, specialists numbers and qualifications and experience and so forth. For any mission to be effective and successful the advantage of even more countries and private companies is always taken. A private rocket launch company gives abilities for what we are doing in space now. At the same time, it is really advantageous to be under the management of a united agency.
