there are just some files, tho not a lot, but some, like old tv shows, mp3s..that ppl dont post on torrent sites. i see them in DC++ all the time..but the speed just sucks so much if i dont leave my computer on 24/7 for a week i'll never get what i want. | ||

are you behind a router? if you are, there are certain ports to open for torrent to go at max speed same thing applies for firewall, you need to tweak it. | ||

When you have done a search for a file and found it, start dowloading from a user that has the best connection T3>T2>T1>DSL>CABLE. Also look at how much upload slots he has open. If all of he's slots are open then its good coz you will be the only one dowloading from him. Then search more of the same file and add alternatives to the dowload. That way if the first user goes offline it will start dowloading from the next one in line. | ||
